Fabric Requirements
- Make a 2 “quilt sandwiches”. Each “sandwich” consists of:
- 2 pieces of fabric (muslin will work fine) cut 14” square 1 piece of batting cut 14” square. Place the batting between the two pieces of fabric. Run a basting stitch around the edge of the sandwich to secure the three layers together.
- 6 fabric strips cut 2 ½” by 12” for the binding
Tools Required
- Rotary Cutter
- Ruler 6 1/2” x 24” or 6 1/2” x 18”
- ¼” foot for your machine
- Fabric scissors
- Marking pencil or chalk
- Neutral sewing thread
- Size 80 micro tex sharp sewing machine needles
- Pins
- Seam Ripper
