CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR MOBILE DATA PRODUCTS
BLTX AND BLTXR KEYBOARDS
- Turn keyboard off
- Use a disinfectant wipe to ‘scrub’ down the keyboard
a. If wipes are not available, than spray disinfectant/cleaner onto a cloth and wipe the keyboard down. - Allow the keyboard surface to dry/evaporate before powering back on
a. This is especially important for the touchpad because it self calibrates upon power up… any chemicals left on its surface can impact its calibration.
Shown below is a chart listing chemicals that have been successfully tested on TG3’s mobile data products.
If the exact cleaner from the chart below cannot be obtained, mild soap and water may be used.
