Charging the Earphones

Place the earphones in the charging case to charge. The case's LED indicator will turn solid Blue when charging and turn OFF when charging is complete.

Charging the Case

Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB port on a computer or wall adapter. The charging case LED indicator will blink RED while charging and flash solid RED when charging is complete.

Powering On/Off

Remove earphones from the case to automatically turn ON. Place them back in the case to automatically turn OFF.

Note: If earphones are out of the case, place them back and remove again to turn ON.

Bluetooth Pairing

Remove earphones from the case; they will power ON and enter pairing mode. One earphone will flash red and blue, while the other stops flashing.

To pair:

  1. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  2. Ensure Bluetooth is turned ON.
  3. Connect to the device listed as "AIWA Prodigy Clear."

Once paired, both earphones' LED indicators will stop flashing. After initial setup, earphones will automatically re-connect when removed from the charging case.

Note: Each earphone can be used independently if the other is turned OFF and connected via Bluetooth.

**Applicable at 50% of maximum volume. Results will be lower at higher volumes.

Safety Precautions

Follow basic safety precautions when using your earphones:

  1. Read all instructions before use.
  2. Do not use near water or on wet surfaces.
  3. Clean only with a clean cloth.
  4. Keep away from children; contains small parts that pose a choking hazard. Parental supervision is advised.
  5. Do not expose to excessive heat or fire.
  6. Do not expose to temperatures above 100°F (38°C); keep out of direct sunlight.
  7. Do not attempt self-repair; contact a qualified service center.
  8. Do not drop, crush, or expose to excessive physical force.
  9. Not intended for commercial use.
  10. Ensure charging cables are well-ventilated during charging and kept away from flammable materials.

Damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, and damages or malfunctions from other than normal use, including but limited to, repair by unauthorized parties, tampering, modification, or accident.

To receive warranty service, along with the name and address of an authorized product service center, the original consumer purchaser must contact Aiwa for problem determination and service procedures. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, evidencing that the product is within the applicable warranty period(s), MUST be presented to obtain the requested service. It is your responsibility to properly package and send any defective products along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid return address of the authorized service center at your expense. Do not include any other items or accessories with the defective product. Any products received by the authorized service center that are not covered by warranty will be returned unrepaired.
