Follow the diagram to connect your monitoring headphones and microphone to the mixer properly. - LOOPBACK Function
If you’re using a single PC for live streaming and want to input the system audio from the PC, enable the LOOPBACK function. - USB-C Connection
Use a USB-C data cable to connect the computer to the mixer. The computer will automatically detect the device.
Go to the sound settings and set the mixer as the default input and output device in both the Playback and Recording sections. - Software Setup
Open your streaming or recording software on the computer. Make sure that “G1 Soundcard” is set as the default audio input/output device in the software settings.

- Reverb Fader
Adjusts the reverb effect applied to microphone vocals. Sliding the fader up increases the reverb effect, making the vocals sound more spacious or echo-like, while sliding it down reduces or removes the effect, resulting in a drier, more direct vocal sound. - Monitor Fader
Adjusts the headphone monitoring volume. Sliding the fader up increases the volume, while sliding it down decreases the volume. This adjustment affects both the Monitor and Headset ports. - Output Fader
Adjusts the volume of the audio output from the two 3.5mm Output ports and the USB-C port. Slide it up to increase the output volume and slide it down to decrease it. - Music Knob
Rotate the knob clockwise to adjust the volume of the audio input from the 3.5mm Music port, Bluetooth, and USB-C port. - Mic Knob
Rotate the knob clockwise to adjust the volume of MIC input from the 3.5mm MIC port, Monitor, and Headset ports. - HI Fader
Adjusts the treble of the microphone vocals. Slide it up to boost the treble and slide it down to reduce it. - MID Fader
Adjusts the midrange of the microphone vocals. Slide it up to increase the midrange and slide it down to decrease it.

Adjusts the bass of the microphone vocals. Slide it up to boost the bass and slide it down to reduce it. - Dynamic LED Display
Display the levels of Reverb, Music, Output, Monitor, Mic, and HI/LOW/Mid. - Auto tune button
Short press to cycle through the 12 auto-tune steps (A, Bb, B, C, Db, D, Eb, E, F, Gb, G, Ab). Long press to turn off auto-tune mode. - Voice changer button
Short press to cycle through the 4 voice changer modes: Male voice, Female voice,Uncle voice, and Baby voice.
Each mode has a preset reverb effect,which can be adjusted using the Reverb Fader.Press any other voice mode button to exit this mode.
Tips:For better voice-changing effects,optimize your sound by adjusting Faders such as HI,MID, LOW,and Reverb. - Reverb preset button
Short press to cycle through the 4 reverb modes: Sing mode, Sonic Boom mode,Magic Sound mode, and MC mode. - BT button
Press briefly to turn the Bluetooth function on or off. The Bluetooth indicator light flashes when Bluetooth is enabled and turns off when Bluetooth is disabled.
Bluetooth Name: G1 Soundcard.
Tips:The Bluetooth feature is only for wireless music accompaniment.
Button Guide(4) - Monitor button
When the monitor function is turned on, you can hear your own voice through the “headset” and “monitor” output. When the monitor function is turned off, the “headset” and “monitor” output will not hear your voice, but it will still be audible in the livestream.” - Original sound button
Short press to switch back to the original sound mode from any other sound effects or modes. - Power switch button
Press and hold for more than 2 seconds to turn the device on or off. - Mute button
Short press to toggle the mute function on or off. When enabled, the mixer will silence all audio. - Loopback button
Short press to toggle the Loopback function on or off.
Turn on LOOPBACK: Audio sent to the mixer through USB-C will be sent back to the connected USB-C device. The PC’s internal audio resources (e.g., music, video, game, web audio, etc.) can be heard by the audience or recorded.
Turn off LOOPBACK: Audio sent to the mixer can be heard through monitoring headphones but will not be heard by the audience or recorded. Only microphone audio will be audible or recorded by the audience.
Disabling LOOPBACK helps avoid unwanted echoes.
Button Guide(5) - Denoise button
Short press to cycle through the noise reduction settings: level one noise reduction, level two noise reduction, and level three noise reduction.
Warm Tips: After enabling noise reduction, the mixer may treat lower sound signals as noise and filter them out, which could cause your voice to sound intermittent. To avoid this, it’s recommended to increase the microphone volume or speak closer to the microphone. - VocalCut button

Tip: For music inputted via the Type-C/OTG port (from mobile phones or computers), please turn on the Loopback function.

Customizable Audio Effects Buttons
Record Custom Audio Effects: Press and hold the button for more than 1.5 seconds to start recording your audio effects. Each button can record up to 10 seconds of audio.
Delete Custom Audio Effects: Long press the button with an existing custom audio effect for more than 1.5 seconds. The button indicator will flash to confirm that the customized audio effect has been successfully deleted.

USB-C port for data interface and digital audio signal input/output with computers and mobile devices. The output volume is controlled by the “Output” fader, while the input volume is controlled by the “Music” knob. - Output
Two 3.5mm TRRS analog ports for outputting mixed audio to smartphones, tablets, or other devices using a 3.5mm TRRS cable.Can stream to multiple devices simultaneously.Mainly used for live streaming or recording on smartphones or tablets.The output volume is controlled by the “Output” fader. Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Q: I can’t hear the accompaniment in the live stream, but I can hear it in the monitoring headset.
Possible solutions:
- The phone might not recognize the audio interface. Unplug and re-plug the live streaming cable, ensuring a secure connection. Wait a few seconds and try again.
- On Android, check if the headphone icon appears in the status bar to confirm the connection. (See Figure 1)
- On iPhone, swipe down the status bar, tap the sound icon, and ensure G1 Soundcard is listed as the connected device. (See Figure 2)
The device does not work, or there is no sound suddenly.
Possible solutions: The battery is dead, please connect to USB cable to charge before use.
The sound is not normal.
Possible solutions: This device build in a variety of voice modes, please switch to original sound mode Check whether the headphone is incorrectly inserted in the mark position
Auto Ducking function not working
Possible solutions: It doesn't work on a voice call, it works on podcast or live streaming with music.
There is a lot of noise during the live streaming.
Possible solutions: Check whether the battery is close to a dead state, please charge it in time; Whether the earphone is plugged into the corresponding identification position; Appropriately lower the microphone input volume, and turn on noise reduction function; Check whether the headset is inserted in place, and then plug in the headset again; If the PC is live streaming, and some laptops have interfering the mixer, try to unplug the computer's charging cable;
The live streaming sound is small or silent.
Possible solutions:Check whether the cable connection is plugged into the live streaming port; Replace audio cable or USB cable to check if whether the cable is faulty; Check whether the Main Out out fader is turned on to the maximum;
The audience can't hear the music when live streaming, and it has no effect
Possible solutions: Check whether the USB cable is plugged into the USB-C Output port. Check whether the Mute button is turned on. Check whether the LOOPBACK function is enabled when streaming or recording on computers.
The microphone has no sound.
Possible solutions: Check the insertion position of the mic cable and make sure that the logo is face to you, or replacing the microphone cable to check if the microphone cable is faulty; Increase gradually the mic volume via Mic knob and Monitoring volume via Monitor Output fader; Please check if Mute is enabled or if monitoring feature is disabled
Voice Changer effect can not be adjusted
Possible solutions: It is recommended to adjust the voice change effect in the sound change mode through knobs such as Timbre, Pitch, Reverb, Mic EQ, etc.
