Connect the Router:

  1. Place the router in a high position with few obstacles.
  2. Unfold the antenna of the router vertically.
  3. Keep the router away from electronics with strong interference

    modem or Ethernet jack using an Ethernet cable.
  5. Power on the router.

Connect the Router
Tips ·If you use the modem for internet access, power off the modem first before connecting the WAN port
of the router to the LAN port of your modem and power it on after the connection. ·Refer to the following relocation tips to locate the router to a proper position:
– Place the router in a high position with few obstacles. – Unfold the antenna of the router vertically. – Keep your router away from electronics with strong interference, such as microwave ovens,
induction cookers, and refrigerators. – Keep your router away from metal barriers, such as weak current boxes, and metal frames.

1. Connect your wireless client such as a smartphone to the Wi-Fi network of the router. The Wi-Fi name can be found on the label of the router’s body, and there is no Wi-Fi password by default.
Tips – If Unsecured Network prompts on the page, ignore it. – To ensure your privacy and security, set your login password and Wi-Fi password promptly after
logging in to the web UI.
2. The page will automatically redirect to the web UI of the router. If not, disable your mobile data traffic, start a web browser and visit tendawifi.com in the address bar to access the router’s web UI.

FAQ
Q1: I cannot log in to the web UI of the router by visiting tendawifi.com. What should I do?
A1: Try the following solutions: · If you are using a WiFi-enabled device, such as a smartphone: – Ensure that it connects to the WiFi network of the router. – Ensure that the cellular network (mobile data) of the smartphone is disabled. · If you are using a wired device, such as a computer: – Ensure that tendawifi.com or 192.168.0.1 is entered correctly in the address bar, rather than the search bar of the web browser. – Ensure that the computer is connected to a LAN port (3, 2, 1) of the router properly using an Ethernet cable. – Ensure that the computer is set to Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically. If the problem persists, reset the router by referring to Q3, and try again.
Q2: I cannot access the internet after the configuration. What should I do? A2: Try the following solutions first:
· Ensure that the WAN port of the router is connected to a modem or Ethernet jack properly.
· Log in to the web UI of the router and navigate to the Internet Settings page. Follow the instructions on the page to solve the problem.
If the problem persists, try the following solutions: · For WiFi-enabled devices,
– Ensure that your WiFi-enabled devices are connected to the Wi-Fi network of the router.
– Log in to the web UI and change your Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password on WiFi Settings page. Then try again.
· For wired devices: – Ensure that your wired devices are connected to a LAN port (3, 2, 1) of the router properly. – Ensure that wired devices are set to Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.

Q3: How to reset the router? A3: After the router has started up, press and hold the reset button (WPS/RST)
on the router for about 8 seconds until the LED indicator blinks orange fast. The router will be restored to its factory settings. Wait for about 1 minute, and the router is reset and reboot.
Q4: If I cannot find the router’s Wi-Fi signal. What should I do? A4: Connect your computer to the router’s LAN port (3, 2,1) using an Ethernet
cable. Then log in to the router’s web UI, go to WiFi Settings > WiFi Name and Password page, and ensure that: – The Wi-Fi network is enabled. – The “Hide” option is not ticked. – The wireless name does not contain any Chinese characters.
Q5: Why cannot my phone find the router’s 5GHz Wi-Fi signal? A5:
– Only devices compatible with the 5 GHz network can detect the 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal.
– Log in to the router’s web UI and check if the Unify 2.4 GHz & 5GHz function is enabled. If enabled, the 5 GHz Wi-Fi network name will be the same as the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
– If the Unify 2.4 GHz & 5GHz function is disabled and your phone can connect to other 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks. Find the solution by referring to Q4
Q6: If I forgot my Wi-Fi password. What should I do? A6: Log in to the web Ul of the router on your wired or Wi-Fi-enabled device,
navigate to WiFi Settings page, and check your Wi-Fi password.
Q7: If I forgot the login password of the router. What should I do? A7: Use the Wi-Fi password of the router to log in to the web UI. If the problem
persists, see Q3 to reset the router, and reset the login password.
