TELE System ANTENNA Low Block Noise Converter Instructions
Safety information in accordance with the GPSR regulation (EU 2023/988)
Please pay attention to this information guide before installing this low block noise converter.
Ignoring these instructions can put your health at risk or even put your life in jeopardy.
The manufacturer is not responsible for improper assembly or connection errors.
- The Antenna must not be installed under or near overhead power lines! It is necessary to maintain a minimum distance of more than 1 meter from nearby electrical equipment. There is a serious risk of death if you touch electrical equipment!
- Never work in adverse weather conditions (e.g. rain or thunderstorms): it is life-threatening!
- Never mount the antennas on buildings with easily flammable roof coverings, such as straw, reeds or similar materials. Otherwise, there is a risk of fire due to atmospheric overvoltage (static charging) or lightning discharges (e.g. during thunderstorms).
- Assembly requires good technical skills and knowledge of the behavior of the material, when exposed to the wind. If you do not have such requirements, please have the work carried out by a professional installer.
- The person who installs an antenna must wear sturdy, non-slip footwear and use fall arrest systems in compliance with local legislative provisions (e.g.: lifeline, aerial platform, compliant scaffolding). In the event of a fall from the roof, the roof collapsing or falling parts, there is a serious risk to life and possibly extensive material damage. The manufacturer is not responsible for such damages.
- The roof must be able to support the weight of the operator. Fragile or unstable surfaces should not be stepped on.
- If there is danger for passers-by during installation due to falling objects, it is necessary to delimit the danger zone! Make sure that no one is under the installation site.
- Respect the national safety regulations and standards currently in force, for example for Italy it is necessary to comply with the CEI 100-7 (2023-03) standard.
- The Antenna is intended exclusively for the reception of satellite o signals and only for use as home antenna. It is not suitable for installation on structures subject to vibrations.
- Do not use this product for purposes other than those specified in these instructions. Any other use will result in the loss of the warranty. You must never modify any component or use components other than those expressly intended by the manufacturer for use with the antenna.
- Do not make mechanical modifications to the antenna: they could compromise its stability and mechanical resistance.
- The antenna must be properly grounded for lightning protection by a qualified professional.
Any other use, or failure to follow the previous instructions, will result in the loss of the warranty.
