Troubleshooting
- Controller not connecting:
- Ensure the controller is fully charged.
- Make sure the correct mode (X, V, S) is selected for your device.
- Try re-pairing the controller by pressing the PAIR button and searching again on your device.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- For 2.4G mode, ensure the USB dongle is properly inserted.
- Buttons not responding:
- Check if the controller is connected. The LED indicator should be solid.
- Try resetting the controller (R3 + L3).
- Test the controller in a different game or application.
- Input lag:
- Ensure you are within a reasonable range of your device (for Bluetooth/2.4G).
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
- Try connecting via USB cable if available.
- Controller not charging:
- Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the controller and a power source.
- Try a different Type-C cable or power adapter.
- The LED indicator should show the charging status.

Bluetooth connection
- Flip the switch: Switch to X to enter the X- INPUT mode.
- First use (Power-on pairing):
- Press the Pair button to start the pairing, and the LED will blink.
- Turn on your device’s Bluetooth search and connect the Bluetooth device “Xbox Wireless Controller”.
- The LED is always red when reconnection is successful.
- Use again (Reconnection):
- Press the HOME button to power on, and the LED will blink slowly.
- The LED is always red when reconnection is successful.
- Press the PAIR button to power off the device.
SWITCH Mode

Bluetooth connection
- Flip the switch: Switch to S to enter the Switch mode.
- First use (Power-on pairing):
a) Press the Pair button to start pairing, and the LED will blink.
b) On the Switch console, select Controller
→ Change Grip/order to enter the Switch console pairing interface for pairing.
The LED is always green when reconnection is successful. - Use again (Reconnection):
a) Press the HOME button to power on, and the LED will blink slowly.
b) The LED is always green when reconnection is successful. - Press the PAIR button to power off the device.
ShootingPlus for Android
Android 9.0 and above

- Flip the switch: Switch to V to enter the ShootingPlus mode. ( ShootingPlus App can be downloaded and installed in various mobile app markets.)
- First use (Power-on pairing):
a) Press the Pair button to start pairing, and the LED will blink.
b) Turn on your device’s Bluetooth search and connect the Bluetooth device
“Q103_ V3”
a) Connection is successful. - Use again (Reconnection):
a) Press the HOME button to power on, and the LED will blink slowly.
b) The LED is always cyan when reconnection is successful. - Press the Pair button to power off the device.
2.4G receiver mode

- 2.4G wireless connection operation method for PC devices / smart TVs / TV boxes / PS3 hosts/QUBE:
- Insert the 2.4G wireless receiver into a PC device/smart TV,/The USB interface of the TV box.
- Wave switch: Set to G mode for 2.4G mode.
- First use (power on pairing):
a) Press the PAIR pairing button to start pairing. The LED blue light flashes rapidly,
The connection is successful, and the LED blue light is constantly on - The LED is always cyan when reconnected-
- First use (power on pairing):
Press the HOME button to power on and reconnect; the LED flashes slowly.
Successful reconnection, LED blue light stays on - Press the PAIR pairing button to turn off the device
- You can start operating the games downloaded and installed on PC devices/smart TV/TV box/PS3 consoles/QUBE.
Firmware upgrade
- Connect the V file to the Android phone ShootingPlus app for software upgrade.
- Support USB wired upgrade
Joystick settings
- Rocker calibration
- Shake the joystick several times in the off state and then turn on the machine. Please do not touch the joystick when turning on the machine. The joystick will be automatically calibrated.
- Joysticks draw a square or a circle
+ (default is circle).- Note: The R3 Button is pressed with the Right Joystick.

Charging / sleep/wake-up
- When charging, the LED will blink slowly; When the battery is full, the LED will stay bright.
- Sleep / Wake-up function:
In pairing state, the controller will sleep if it’s not paired successfully within 1 minute.
Connect back state: The controller will sleep if it is not connected back within 1 minute.
Bluetooth is connected: The controller will sleep if it is not used within 5 minutes.
Press the Pair button to turn off the device. Short press the HOME button to directly reconnect. - If pairing is not successful within 1 minute, it will enter sleep mode.
