Troubleshooting
Printer not turning on
- Ensure the battery is charged.
- Try a different USB cable or power source.
- Press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds.
Bluetooth not connecting
- Turn Bluetooth OFF and ON again on your phone.
- Ensure the printer is not connected to another device.
- Reinstall or update the printer app.
- Keep the printer within 1–2 meters during pairing.
Blank or unclear printing
- Check that thermal paper is loaded correctly (print side facing out).
- Use compatible thermal paper only.
- Clean the print head gently.
- Ensure battery level is sufficient.
Paper not feeding properly
- Reinstall the paper roll correctly.
- Avoid overloading the paper compartment.
- Remove jammed paper carefully.
App not responding
- Close and reopen the app.
- Check app permissions (Bluetooth, storage).
- Restart your phone.
Care and Maintenance
- Use only recommended thermal paper to avoid print head damage.
- Keep the printer dry and away from heat or direct sunlight.
- Clean the print head periodically with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not pull paper forcefully while printing.
- Charge the battery at least once every 2–3 months if not in use.
- Avoid dropping or applying pressure to the device.
- Store in a dust-free environment when not in use.

Getting Started
2.1 Downloading the App
Search for the “FaithTag” app on App Store@ or Google PlayTM for download and installation.
2.2 User Guide
O Before starting printing, please ensure that the paper roll is properly loaded into the paper compartment. For detailed instructions, refer to the manual section “3. Replacing the Paper Roll.”
To turn on the printer, long press the Power Button for three seconds until the Indicator Light is on.
Open the “FaithTag” app. 
Grant permissions.
Click [Connect] on the top.
Connection complete. Tap the homepage to view scriptures.
View scripture details, then tap print.
Access preview, then tap [Print].
Printing is completed.
Tear off the label along the Paper Exit.
Remove the backing.
Stick the label onto a dry, flat surface.
The software interface is for reference only. Please refer to the actual operating page for accurate information.
Replacing the Paper Roll
Take out a brand new paper roll.
O Please skip this step if the paper roll you have is not newly purchased and boxed.
Push the Cover Open Button towards the arrow to take out the Paper RollSpindle.
Pull movable damper to remove the paper roll to be replaced.
Some paper rolls include tubes. Remove the paper tube after running out.
Insert one section of the spindle into the paper roll to be installed.
Reinstall the Movable Damper and push it to the edge of the paper roll.
Remove the Anti-loosening Sticker from the paper roll.
Place the paper roll in the Paper Compartment.
Pull the Paper Roll out until it extends beyond the Paper Output Slot, and then close the Flip Cover.
Safety Instructions
5.1 Manual Cutter and Print Head Instructions
Warning: Sharp edges on Manual Cutter! Do not touch the edges.
Warning: HOT component! Touching it when it is hot can cause burns to your fingers. Please wait for at least 30 minutes after turning off the power before touching it.
5.2 Charging Instructions
1. Please prepare your own power adapter (DC 5V/2A) with a Type-A port.
2. Insert the Type-C end (flat end) of the USB cable into F21’s Type-C Charger Port and plug the Type-A end (wide end) into the Type-A port of the power adapter.
3. After connecting and plugging in, please check the status of the printer indicator light. When the printer is charging, the indicator light will be flashing slowly with a “white light”.
4. Please charge for at least 20 minutes to meet quick usage; charging for 2-3 hours will complete the charging, or the following two states indicate full charge:when turned on, the indicator light stays “white”; when turned off, the light goes out.
5. As the printer may heat up during charging, avoid placing it on materials such as cotton or linen.
6. Once the battery is fully charged, please unplug the charger promptly.
O Avoid using the printer while charging.Using the printer while charging may lead to reduced charging speed, compromised print quality, and shortened battery life.
5.3 Cleaning and Maintenance
O Please make sure the printer is turned off before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
If you encounter issues such as blank lines, blurry print, or missing characters, it may be caused by dirt on the Print Head. Please follow these steps:
If you have just finished printing, wait for at least 30 minutes for the Print
01 Head to cool down completely. Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol or a print head cleaning pen (purchased
02 separately) to gently wipe the surface of the Print Head about 5 times to remove any dust and stains. Wait 5-10 minutes for the alcohol to evaporate completely. Thus, the cleaning
03 is done, and you can continue using the printer.
