Description
The EU-C-8r is intended to be used with the EU-L-8e controller.
It should be installed in particular heating zones. It sends current temperature readings to the EU-L-8e controller which uses the data to control the thermostatic valves (opening them when the temperature is too low and closing them when the pre-set room temperature has been reached).

How to register a EU-C-8r sensor in a given zone
Each sensor should be registered in a particular zone. In order to do it, in the EU-L-8e menu select Zone/Registration/Sensor. After selecting Registration, press the communication button on the selected temperature sensor EU-C-8r.
If the registration attempt has been successful, the EU-L-8e screen will display a message to confirm.
NOTE
Only one room sensor may be assigned to each zone
Bear in mind the following rules:
- the maximum of one temperaturesensor may be assigned to each zone;
- once registered, the sensor cannot be unregistered, butonly switched off in the submenu of a given zone (OFF);
- if the user attempts to assign a sensor to the zone to which another sensor has already been assigned, the first sensor becomes unregistered and it is replaced by the second one;
- if the user attempts to assign a sensor which has already been assigned to a different zone, the sensor is unregistered from the first zone and registered in the new
For each temperature sensor assigned to a zone the user may define the pre-set temperature and a weekly schedule. It is possible to edit these settings both in the controller menu (Main menu / Sensors) and via the website emodul.eu. (using EU-505 or WiFi RS module
We are committed to protecting the environment. Manufacturing electronic devices imposes an obligation of providing for environmentally safe disposal of used electronic components and devices. Hence, we have been entered into a register kept by the Inspection For Environmental Protection.
