TEASE Step Stool

Parts List

*YOU WILL NEED WOOD GLUE (WE RECOMMEND ALEENE’S TURBO TACKY GLUE), AND A SILICONE GLUE SCRAPER.

LOCATE PARTS S1, AND S2 x 2.

APPLY GLUE TO RED AREAS TO THE LEFT ON PARTS S2x2 AND ATTACH PIECE S1 TO CREATE FIG. 1. SEE FIG. 2 FOR BACK VIEW. ENSURE THE BACK SITS FLUSH WITH THE SIDE PIECES AND WIPE OFF EXCESS GLUE.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the Base

1. Locate parts S1 and S2 x 2.
2. Apply glue to the red areas on parts S2 x 2 and attach piece S1 to create the base structure (Figure 1).
3. Ensure the back sits flush with the side pieces and wipe off excess glue (Figure 2 for back view).

Step 2: Attach Upper Step

1. Apply glue to the red areas in Figure 3 and attach piece A to the inside perimeter of the upper step to create Figure 4.
2. Note: The letter ‘A’ should be facing up as it will be covered with piece S3.
3. Apply glue to the red areas in Figure 5 and attach piece B to the inside perimeter of the lower step to create Figure 6.
4. Note: The letter ‘B’ should be facing up.

Step 4: Final Assembly

1. Apply glue to the top of piece B and attach piece S3. Ensure the piece is flush to the back and has a slight overhang on the front and sides to complete Figure 7.
2. Repeat this step for the second piece S3 and attach to the top of piece A. This should be flush with the back of the stool and have a slight overhang on the front and sides to complete Figure 8.
