Status Notice
| Error Messages | Reason |
| Excessive light | External light is too strong to measure. |
| High TempLow Temp | The temperature in the measuring slot is out of range. |
| Re zero | Please follow the zero-clearing step again. |
| Less solution | Too little solution in measuring slot. |
| Less water | Too little clean water in measuring slot. |

Warning
- This instrument is a precise optical instru-ment, Prevent it from collision and fall.
- Forbid hard objects to scratch the optical prism in measuring slot.
- When it is out of use, please store it in a place as dry as possible.
Change battery
This instrument is powered by two AAA batteries. Remove the battery or battery cover in the following order.

Cautions
- Cold or hot measuring solution
Solution: Drop in the measuring solution and wait 20 seconds before measuring. Because the instrument needs to do temperature supplement, this requires the instrument and the measuring solution to maintain the same temperature ,and this takes more than 20 seconds.
- Measuring solution containing suspended substances
Solution (Step 1):
Remove suspended solids from measuring solution with filter spoon or gauze as much as possible.
Solution (Step 2):
Mix measuring solution evenly (do not use metal and hard objects, and avoid scratching the optical prism). Because uneven measuring solutions or suspended solids can lead to instrumental uncertainty in measurement.
Cleaning
If there is dirt in the measuring slot or the instrument is not used for a long time, It should be cleaned first.
Zero-setting
Measure whether the clean water or pure water is 0.0% before using, and if it is not 0.0%, it will be zerged first.
Measurement
Measure again after zero clearing.
