Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up your Clover Card Reader and begin accepting payments.

Setup Overview

The Clover Card Reader connects via USB-C for power and data transfer. The package typically includes the card reader, a USB-C cable, and earbuds. To complete setup, connect the reader and download the Clover Companion app on your smartphone.

Setup Steps

Connect the Clover Card Reader using the provided USB-C cable to a power source or computer.
Download the Clover Companion app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.
Follow the in-app instructions to pair your reader and start accepting payments.

Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Statement
