Product Usage Instructions:
1. Understanding the Finished Size:
The finished size of your menu is 12 inches x 12 inches. This
area extends beyond the crop marks for cutting off white lines at
the edges.
2. Placement of Text and Important Information:
Avoid placing text too close to the edge to prevent it from
being cut off. Ensure all crucial text and information are at least
0.1969 inches from the finished size.
3. Artwork Guidelines:
- Create your PDF in Full Colour CMYK.
- Supply front and back as 2 separate pages in one file.
- Convert all spot colours and RGB to CMYK mode.
- Add crop marks and 0.125 inches bleed.
- Embed or convert fonts to outlines.
- Ensure images are 300dpi or higher.

This is the area extended beyond the crop marks for us to cut off so that there are no white lines at the edges. We need this so that we can get ink right to the edge of your menu.
Please don’t put text to close to the edge as this would be in danger of being cut off. Please ensure all important text and info are at least 0.1969in from the finished size to avoid being cut off.
