Safety Precautions

To use this CD player safely and correctly, please read and adhere to the following precautions:

1. Do not hit the device seriously.
2. Avoid proximity to strong magnetic or electrical fields;
3. Do not expose the adapter and batteries to heat or fire;
4. Do not set the volume too high, for it will hurt your hearing.
5. Keep the CD player away from moisture, rain, sand, heat sources, and chemicals such as benzene, diluents.
6. For cleaning the CD player, use a slightly wet soft cloth to do it. Do not use alcohol, benzene solvent, or other chemical substances to do the cleaning.
7. Do not operate the CD player or headphones while riding a bike/motorcycle or driving a car to prevent danger.
8. Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the CD player yourself, as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all serving to qualified service personnel.
9. Dispose of packaging, batteries, and old electronic products properly by sorting.
10. Do not use discs with significant scratches, fingerprints, or dirt, as this may result in reading errors and CD player malfunctions or affect the service life of the laser head.

Connecting Power Supply

AC Operation

• Before connecting the supplied AC adapter to the wall outlet, ensure that all other connections have been made.
• Connect the USB Type-C cable to the 5V 2A AC adapter and the product, and plug the AC adapter into an available AC 100-240V~50-60Hz power outlet.

Note:

• Use only the supplied AC adaptor. Failure to do so may cause a fire or damage to the player. Never make or change any connections with the power switched on.
• Do not plug the adaptor into a power outlet other than the one specified in the manual and on the label, as this may result in the risk of fire or electric shock.
• Do not handle the plug of the adaptor with wet hands. Doing so may cause an electric shock.

Battery Operation

• The unit has a built-in rechargeable battery. Fully charge the built-in battery before using it for the first time. It takes about five hours to fully charge the battery when the player is not in use. Once charged, disconnect the AC adapter, and then switch on the CD player. The unit will operate on a Battery Pack. The unit offers approximately 8 hours of playback time (at 70% volume level) on a full charge. The playback time may vary depending on the discs and the volume level.
• Note: The CD player will operate on battery power when the AC adapter is not connected.

Charging the Battery Pack

• To charge the built-in battery, just connect the adapter to the player and a specified wall outlet. The built-in battery can be charged whether the unit is operating or powered off, and the Charge indicator will be red when charging. The indicator will change to blue when the battery is fully charged.

Getting to know your CD Player
CD Player View

1.  : Power On/Off/Volume+/–
   • Turn the knob to the right until you hear a click to power on, turn the knob to the leftmost to power off
   • Turn the knob clockwise to turn up the volume, and turn it anticlockwise to turn down the volume.
2. Lighting
   • Press it to switch to Dream Color LED lighting mode.
   • Press it twice to adjust the brightness: Medium Brightness – High Brightness – Low Brightness(cycling);
   • Long-press to turn off the light, short-press to turn on the light when the light is off.
3. M: Play Mode Switch
   After powering on the device, press it to switch the play mode: CD → CD Optical Fiber Output
   • USB → TF Card → Bluetooth Receiving → FM.
   • Long press: Bluetooth Transmitting (Effective in CD or TF card play).
   • (In CD/CD Optical Fiber Output/TF Card/Bluetooth Transmitting modes, the corresponding icon at the bottom of the display lights up. In USB mode, the text at the top will display: USb. In Bluetooth Receiving mode, the text at the top will display: bLUE).
4. Loop Mode/Recording
   • Press it to switch loop modes: ONE: Single play loop, ALL: Play all in loop, SHUF: Shuffle songs, OFF: Close loop mode;
   • Long press: To record the audio file from the CD to the TF card (This function works only when a CD is playing and the player has recognized a TF card).
5. : Pause/Play/Stop
   • In play mode, press it to pause, and press it again to play
   • Long-press it to stop the play.
   • In FM mode， long-press to start the automatic station search; during this process short short-press  to stop the automatic station search.
6. : Previous/Shutdown Timer
   • In play mode, press once to restart the currently playing song, press twice to play the previous song.
   • Long-press it to set auto shutdown timer: 30 min → 60 min → 90 min → OFF.
   • In FM mode， short-press to switch to the previous channel.
7.  : Next
   • In play mode, press it to play the next song.
   • In FM mode, short-press to switch to the next channel, long-press to perform a semi-automatic search for the next channel.

Basic Operation

Playing CD discs

• Take the upper right side of the CD door and open it 90 degrees to the front. Properly place the column clock (print face) of the disk in front and close the CD door.
• If CD door is forced to open or touch something, it will be damaged. Please note. CD When the door opens, “OPEN” is displayed.
• After setting the disc and closing the CD door, the front display will display as follows. After loading the disc, the number of tracks is displayed and playback begins.
• During playback, the playback time and the song number will be displayed alternately for a certain amount of time.

Connect to the USB device

• Install the USB device in the USB port.
• Install the USB device in the correct direction.
• Press the M button, select USB, and the front LED display will display as follows.
• During playback, the playback time and the song number will be displayed alternately for a certain amount of time.

Connect to the TF card

• Install a MicroSD card in the TF card slot.
• Install the MicroSD card in the correct direction.
• Press the M button, select the TF card, and the front LED display will display as follows.
• During playback, the playback time and the song number will be displayed alternately for a certain amount of time.

CD Recording Operation

1.  While playing a CD, long-press the  button to start recording, saving the music from the disc to the TF card
2.  The LED screen will simultaneously display the “burn” character and the icon.
3. To exit the CD recording, short-press the button on the screen; the button will disappear , and the icon
4.  The music recorded can be switched to TF card play mode for listening.
   Note
   •  This function only works when a TF card is inserted.
   • This function only supports recording while playing.

Optical Fiber Output Operation

1. Press the M button to switch to Optical Fiber Output mode, and the LED will simultaneously display the icon, and the speaker of the CD player will be muted;
2. Connect the CD player to an external amplifier with an audio optical fiber cable, and set the amplifier’s channel to the optical input channel.
   Note:
   • This function only supports disc play.
     The volume of the optical output signal will be set to maximum by default, and the volume knob will not work in Optical Fiber Output mode.

Bluetooth Receiving Operation

1. Press the M  button to switch to Bluetooth Receiving mode.
2. A voice prompt will be given saying “Bluetooth Mode”, and the LED will display “bLUE” in a flashing manner, indicating that the Bluetooth pairing is in process.
3. Enable the Bluetooth of your audio device (e.g., phone/tablet/computer), search for “Sunpin-Sound” and connect.
4.  Upon connection success, the “bLUE” character will be displayed.
5. Play the music in the audio device, and that music will be transmitted to the CD player.
6.  You can control your audio device using the buttons.

Bluetooth Transmitting Operation

1. While playing a disc or the USB/TF card, long-press the M button to switch to Bluetooth Transmitting mode.
2.  The icon on the LED will flicker, indicating that the Bluetooth search mode is on
3. Turn on the Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headphones, and put them into Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. After connection success, the Bluetooth icon will stop flickering.
5. To turn off the Bluetooth Transmitting mode, long-press the M button again, and the  icon on the screen will disappear.
   Note: The Bluetooth transmission mode is a blind connection. It will prioritize connecting to the blue receiver device with the strongest Bluetooth signal. Please place the Bluetooth device you want to connect close to the CD player. If you connect to a device that is not the one you desire, please long-press to cancel the Bluetooth transmission function and then long-press the Bluetooth transmission button again to reconnect until you connect to the desired Bluetooth device.
6. FM mode
   Press the M button on the remote control or CD player to switch to the FM mode. When the FM mode is selected，long-press to start the automatic station search. The unit will automatically scan the frequency range and store the found radio stations. The quality of the found channels depends on your region and the reception at your location. This process may take a few minutes. To play the different channels, use the button to change channels within the stored program.

Auto Shutdown Explanation

1. After finishing playing the disc in sequential mode or manually pressing the stop button, the CD player will automatically shut down if there is no button operation within 3 minutes
2.  In Bluetooth Receiving mode, if there’s no connection for 3 minutes, the CD player will automatically shut down
3.  Long-press the button to set a timer for automatic shutdown: 30:00 minutes → 60:00 minutes → 90:00 minutes → OFF to disable shutdown timer;

Troubleshooting

Carry out the problem-solving measures described in the following section before contacting Customer Support. Do not attempt to repair the CD player by yourself. Turn off the CD player as soon as you suspect a malfunction. Unplug the power plug and check whether the CD player is unusually warm or whether smoke is rising from it.
