Q: What should I do if my unit is not cooling properly?

A: If you notice that your unit is not cooling as expected,
check the temperature settings and ensure that the vents are not
blocked. If the issue persists, contact customer service for
assistance.

Q: How often should I clean the unit?

A: It is recommended to clean the unit regularly, at least once
every few months, to ensure optimal performance. Refer to the Use

INTRODUCTION
This Technical Service Manual has been compiled to provide the most recent service information for Integrated Series Tall and Column units. This information will enable the service technician to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, and return a unit to proper operational condition. The service technician should read the complete instructions contained in this manual before initiating any repairs.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
This page summarizes the 2, 5 & 12 Year Residential Warranty provided with every Sub-Zero, as well as two special warranties:
· Non-Residential Warranty – Applies to units installed in non-residential applications.
· Display/Model Home Warranty – Applies to distributor or dealer display units, and units in model homes, sold three years after date of manufacture.
Following the warranty summaries are details and notes about the warranties.
TWO, FIVE & TWELVE YEAR Warranty
· 2 year TOTAL PRODUCT, *parts and labor. · 5 Year SEALED SYSTEM, **parts and labor. · 6th – 12th year LIMITED SEALED SYSTEM, **parts
only.
ONE & FIVE YEAR Non-Residential Warranty (Example: Office, Yacht, etc.)
· 1 Year TOTAL PRODUCT, *parts and labor. · 5 Year SEALED SYSTEM, **parts only.
ONE & FIVE YEAR Display/Model Home Warranty (Display units sold three years after date of manufacture)

* Stainless Steel doors, panels and product frames are covered by a limited 60 day parts and labor warranty for cosmetic defects.
** Includes the following: Compressors, Condenser, Evaporators, Filter-Driers, Heat-exchangers, All Tubing that Carries Freon. NOTE: Condenser Fan Motors and compressor electricals are NOT considered sealed system parts.

INTERACTIVE CONTROLS

Interactive Control Panel
For initial start up, touch and hold `power’ on the control panel for 2 seconds. Temperature can be adjusted in one-degree increments on the home screen. Combination units have separate temperature controls for refrigerator and freezer. Temperatures are preset at 38°F (3°C) and 0°F(-18°C). To change temperature, touch the temperature being adjusted, then press `+’ or `-‘ until desired temperature is displayed. Refer to the illustration below. Once temperature has been adjusted, additional features can be activated or deactivated from the options screen. Touch to view the options screen. Refer to the illustration below.
