FAQS
It works perfectly well with the GearVR. Of course, pretty much any bluetooth-compatible gamepad will work with any Android phone, and the Gear VR works with any device which works with the Samsung Galaxy phones. The nice thing about this is that it can also, without depairing it, also work with a PC.
For windows 10, be sure to install the steelseries driver on the manufacturer’s website. Update the firmware if necessary. Once completed, you MUST restart your machine. Then once the controller is connected via bluetooth, it should be recognized as a 360 controller. Thus, it will work on steam
This is not compatible with home consoles, as mentioned in the title of this product this controller is for Windows and Android OS.
Yes, works with Oculus Go. With your Go near and powered up open the Oculus app on your phone. Like when you set up the Go. Connect with the headset then pick controller to start to pair, with controller on and set to scan. Once Steel Series connects you will not need to have phone on or near by
Probably out off stock, or you live out of the us
I actually bought it for my S6 and vr, works perfect
This one is for Android, but if you go to the link below, you can the one for ios. Looks the same, but the buttons are a different color
Yes it works with ALL GAMES. The games are built on the VR PLATFORM. This is for the VR PLATFORM and Cell phone, so ur plays am games and is the best in the market with lightning speed and accuracy. I ay Minecraft all the time
I have a samsung galaxy s7 and it works fine with gear vr ..i play gun club n some others ones that require the gamepad n it works fine
I don’t know. I use it with my same sung s7 and gear vr it’s fantastic.
They do make ios compatible controllers, just make sure before you purchase. When i bought mine, there were separate listings for windows/android compaible and ios compatible.
Whether it works or not depends more on the particular application than the device. This will pair with a Note 8 device using Bluetooth but the compatibility and usage will vary by game / application.
You can, but I would recommend not purchasing this product because both mine stopped working after three months and the manufacturer would not honor the warranty without mailing in the paper receipt.
Yes, it probably depends somewhat on what games etc. But I tried it with minecraft and it works fine
Not at all. I have a S6 though, but there shouldn’t be a reason. This uses Bluetooth to connect to your device and it is the recommended (according to Samsung web site) controller for Samsung VR
