- Disconnect the AC plug from the wall outlet to fully turn off the unit or for prolonged periods of non-use.
- Protect the unit from moisture, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
- Do not expose the battery to excessive heat, fire, or disassemble it. Caution: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced incorrectly.

03 Connecting the Soundbar
Connecting the Power and Units
Ensure the LINK LED indicator on the Subwoofer and Surround Speakers is solid blue, indicating a successful connection to the Soundbar main unit.
Using the Surround Speaker Mode
Optimal surround sound may be achieved based on surround speaker placement. Refer to the full manual for details.
04 Using a Wired Connection
Connecting using an HDMI Cable
Connect the Soundbar to your TV via HDMI (eARC/ARC) or to external devices via HDMI 1 or HDMI 2.
Connecting using an Optical Cable
Connect the Soundbar to your TV using an optical cable if the TV does not support HDMI ARC/eARC.
Note: Ensure covers are removed from optical cable terminals. If TV sound is not outputting, select "TV ARC" mode on the Soundbar.
05 Using a Wireless Connection
Using the Q-Symphony Function
When connected to a compatible Samsung TV, Q-Symphony allows simultaneous audio playback through the Soundbar and TV for an enhanced surround sound experience. The "Q-Symphony" menu appears on the TV when the Soundbar is connected.
Using the SpaceFit Sound
This function uses the Soundbar's microphone to analyze your listening space and automatically optimize the sound.
Connecting via Bluetooth
BT READY: Reconnects to previously paired Samsung TVs or mobile devices. BT PAIRING: Connects a new device. Initiate pairing by pressing the PAIR button on the remote or holding the (Mic On/Off) button on the Soundbar for over 5 seconds in "BT" mode. If prompted for a PIN, use "0000".
Connecting via Wi-Fi (Wireless Network)
Requires the SmartThings app. Connect your mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network as the TV, then follow the app's instructions to connect the Soundbar.
06 Troubleshooting
- Soundbar does not turn on: Check power cord connection.
- Subwoofer/Surround speakers not connecting: Perform ID SET on the rear of the units and press the Up button on the remote for 5 seconds. Check for solid blue LINK LED.
- Soundbar works erratically: Reconnect power cord or initialize the product.
- Remote control does not work: Ensure direct line of sight, replace batteries.
- Soundbar indicator solid red: Microphone is turned off. Turn it on.
- No sound output: Check volume levels, external device volume, Soundbar output selection on TV, and cable connections.
- No sound from subwoofer/surround speakers: Check for solid blue LED on the rear of these units.
- TV not connected via HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC): Verify HDMI cable connection to ARC terminal, check external device settings, and ensure Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is enabled on the TV.
- Soundbar not connecting via Bluetooth: Ensure "BT PAIRING" mode is active, or remove the Soundbar from the device's Bluetooth list and reconnect.
- Bluetooth sound drops out: Minimize proximity to other wireless devices (microwaves, routers), keep the device close to the Soundbar, and avoid body contact with the transceiver or metal furniture.
- Soundbar not connecting to Wi-Fi: Reboot the wireless router. Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough; move the router closer or remove obstacles.
- Soundbar does not turn on automatically with TV: Turn off the TV first before turning off the Soundbar.
- No UHD input signal: Ensure correct TV settings, use an Ultra High Speed HDMI cable, and check external device manual.
