Appliance Precautions
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
- Do not use liquid fumigators containing chemicals (e.g., mosquito repellent, air freshener) around the product. Steam contact may cause stains or malfunction.
- To prevent electric shock, match the wide blade of the plug to the wide slot and insert fully.
- This apparatus must be connected to an AC outlet with a protective grounding connection.
- The mains plug must be readily operable for disconnection.
- Do not expose to dripping or splashing. Do not place liquid-filled objects (e.g., vases) on the apparatus.
- To turn off completely, pull the power plug from the wall socket; the plug must be easily accessible.
General Precautions
- Ensure your house's AC power supply meets product requirements (check bottom label).
- Install horizontally on a suitable base with 7-10 cm ventilation space. Do not cover ventilation slots.
- Avoid placing on hot equipment like amplifiers. Designed for continuous use.
- Disconnect AC plug during thunderstorms to prevent damage from voltage peaks.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent overheating and malfunction.
- Protect from moisture, excess heat, and strong magnetic/electric fields. Unplug if malfunctioning.
- Product is for personal use only, not industrial.
- Allow 2 hours for unit to reach room temperature if transported in cold conditions.
- Battery Safety: Batteries contain harmful chemicals. Do not dispose of in household trash, expose to heat/fire, short circuit, disassemble, or overheat. Danger of explosion if replaced incorrectly; use same or equivalent type.

02 Product Overview
Top Panel of the Soundbar:
- 1. Volume / [Multi Function] Button: Press to turn on the Soundbar in standby mode. Press to change input source.
- 2. [Mic On/Off] Button: Press to turn the microphone on or off. LED indicator glows red when off. Press and hold for >5 seconds in BT mode to switch to BT PAIRING mode.
- Display: Shows status information.
Bottom Panel of the Soundbar:
- 1. DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL): Connect to the digital optical output of an external device.
- 2. SERVICE: Connect a USB storage device to upgrade product software.
- 3. HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC): Connect to the HDMI jack on a TV.
- 4. HDMI 1 / HDMI 2: Inputs digital video and audio signals. Connect to the HDMI output of an external device.
- 5. POWER: Connect the Soundbar's power cord.
03 Connecting the Soundbar
Connecting Power and Units:
Connect the power cords to the Soundbar, Subwoofer, and Surround Speakers. The LINK LED indicator on the Subwoofer and Surround Speakers will blink blue during connection and turn solid blue when a connection is established.
Using the Surround Speaker Mode:
Optimal surround sound may be delivered depending on surround speaker placement. Refer to the Full Manual for details.
04 Using a Wired Connection
Connecting using an HDMI Cable:
Connect an HDMI cable from an external device (HDMI 1 or HDMI 2) or the TV's ARC/eARC port to the corresponding ports on the Soundbar.
Connecting using an Optical Cable:
Connect an optical cable from an external device's optical output to the DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL) port on the Soundbar. Ensure any protective covers on the cable or port are removed.
Note: If TV sound is not outputting, select "TV ARC" mode using the Soundbar's [Multi Function] button or the remote's Source button. Use an HDMI cable certified by HDMI.org.
Key Features
Q-Symphony Function:
When connected to a compatible Samsung TV, Q-Symphony allows simultaneous audio playback from the Soundbar and TV speakers, creating a richer, more immersive surround sound experience. The "Q-Symphony" menu appears on the TV when the Soundbar is connected. Access via TV: Settings (⚙️) → All Settings (⚙️) → Sound → Sound Output.
SpaceFit Sound:
This function uses the Soundbar's microphone to analyze the listening space and automatically optimize the sound for that environment.
05 Using a Wireless Connection
Connecting via Bluetooth:
Search for the Bluetooth device on your TV or mobile device. To connect a new device, switch the Soundbar to "BT PAIRING" mode by pressing the [PAIR] button on the remote or holding the [Mic On/Off] button on the Soundbar for >5 seconds while in "BT" mode.
Note: If prompted for a PIN code, enter <0000>.
BT READY vs. BT PAIRING: BT READY allows reconnection to previously paired devices. BT PAIRING allows connection to new devices.
Connecting via Wi-Fi (Wireless Network):
Requires the SmartThings app. Connect your mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV. Install and launch the SmartThings app on your mobile device and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the Soundbar to your Wi-Fi network.
06 Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Soundbar does not turn on: Check power cord insertion.
- Subwoofer/Surround Speakers Not Connecting: Turn off Soundbar. Press and hold 'ID SET' on the rear of the Subwoofer and Surround Speakers for >5 seconds. Press the Up button on the remote for >5 seconds. Check if LINK LED is solid blue.
- Soundbar works erratically: Reconnect power cord. Initialize the product. If no signal, it may turn off automatically; turn power on.
- Remote control does not work: Point directly at the Soundbar. Replace batteries.
- Soundbar indicator turns solid red: Microphone is off. Turn it on.
- No sound from Soundbar: Check volume level (too low or muted). Adjust volume on external devices. Select "Soundbar" for TV sound output (Samsung TV: Home (?) → Menu (☰) → Settings (⚙️) → All Settings (⚙️) → Sound → Sound Output → Select Soundbar). Remove and reconnect cables.
- No sound from Subwoofer/Surround Speakers: Check if the LED on the rear is solid blue. Reconnect if blinking blue or red.
- TV not connected via HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC): Check HDMI cable connection to ARC terminal. Try connecting Soundbar directly if external device causes issues. Ensure HDMI-CEC (Anynet+) is enabled on the TV (Samsung TV: Home (?) → Menu (☰) → Settings (⚙️) → All Settings (⚙️) → Connection → External Device Manager → Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) ON).
- Soundbar will not connect via Bluetooth: Ensure "BT PAIRING" mode is active for new connections. Remove the Soundbar from the device's Bluetooth list and reconnect (Samsung TV: Home (?) → Menu (☰) → Settings (⚙️) → All Settings (⚙️) → Sound → Sound Output → Bluetooth Speaker List).
- Sound drops out via Bluetooth: Keep devices close to the Soundbar. Avoid proximity to devices causing radio interference (microwaves, routers). Ensure your body is not blocking the Bluetooth transceiver. Check installation environment.
- Soundbar will not connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure wireless router is on. Reboot router and reconnect. Move router closer or remove obstacles if the signal is weak.
- Soundbar does not turn on automatically with TV: Turn off the TV first if the Soundbar was turned off while watching TV.
- No UHD input signal on TV: Check TV/input source settings. Use an Ultra High Speed HDMI cable certified by HDMI.org.
