Precautions
- Ensure your home's AC power supply complies with the power requirements listed on the identification sticker. Install the product horizontally on a suitable base with adequate ventilation (7-10 cm). Do not cover ventilation slots or place the unit on hot equipment. The unit is designed for continuous use. Disconnect the AC plug from the wall outlet to turn off completely or for extended periods of non-use.
- Disconnect the AC plug during thunderstorms to prevent damage from voltage peaks.
- Avoid exposing the unit to direct sunlight or other heat sources to prevent overheating and malfunction.
- Protect the product from moisture and excessive heat. Unplug the power cable if the unit malfunctions. This product is for personal use only. Allow the unit to reach room temperature for approximately 2 hours if it has been stored in cold temperatures before use.
- Batteries contain harmful chemicals. Do not dispose of batteries in household trash. Do not expose batteries to excess heat, direct sunlight, or fire. Do not short circuit, disassemble, or overheat batteries. CAUTION: Danger of explosion if the battery is replaced incorrectly. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

02 Product Overview
Top Panel of the Soundbar
1. Volume (Multi Function) Button: Press to turn on the Soundbar or change the input source.
2. Mic On/Off Button: Press to turn the microphone on or off. The LED indicator glows red when the microphone is off. Press and hold for more than 5 seconds in BT mode to switch to BT PAIRING mode.

HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC): Connect to the HDMI jack on a TV.
HDMI 1 / HDMI 2: Inputs digital video and audio signals simultaneously using an HDMI cable. Connect to the HDMI output of an external device.
DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL): Connect to the digital (optical) output of an external device.
SERVICE: Connect a USB storage device to upgrade the product's software.
POWER: Connect the Soundbar's power cord.
03 Connecting the Soundbar
Connecting the power and units
The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows solid blue when a connection is established between the Soundbar, Subwoofer, and Surround speakers.
Using the Surround speaker mode
An optimal surround sound may be delivered depending on the position of the surround speaker. For more information, refer to the speaker section of the Full manual.
04 Using a Wired Connection
Connecting using an HDMI Cable
Connect the HDMI cable from the Soundbar's HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC) port to the TV's HDMI input.
Note: The recommended cable is an HDMI cable certified by HDMI.org.
Connecting using an Optical Cable (not supplied)
Connect the optical cable from the TV's DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL) to the Soundbar's DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL) port. Ensure any protective covers on the optical cable terminals are removed.
Note: When TV sound is not output, press the (Multi Function) button on the Soundbar or the (Source) button on the remote to select "TV ARC" mode.
05 Using a Wireless Connection
Connecting via Bluetooth
- On the Soundbar, press and hold the (Mic On/Off) button for 5 seconds in BT mode to enter BT PAIRING mode.
- Search for the Bluetooth device on your TV or mobile device.
Note: If asked for a PIN code, enter <0000>.
Difference between BT READY and BT PAIRING:
- BT READY: Reconnects to previously connected Samsung TV or mobile devices.
- BT PAIRING: Connects a new device to the Soundbar. (Press the PAIR button on the remote or press and hold the (Mic On/Off) button on the Soundbar for more than 5 seconds while in "BT" mode.)
Connecting via Wi-Fi (Wireless Network)
The SmartThings app is required to connect the Soundbar to a mobile device via Wi-Fi.
- Connect your mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network as the TV.
- Install and launch the SmartThings app on your mobile device.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect the Soundbar to your Wi-Fi network.
06 Troubleshooting
If the product does not function properly, follow these instructions. If the problem persists, turn off the product, disconnect the power cord, and contact Samsung Electronics at 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864).
Soundbar does not turn on.
Check if the power cord is correctly inserted into the outlet.
When the subwoofer or surround sound speakers are not automatically connected:
- Turn off the Soundbar main unit.
- Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer and surround speakers for at least 5 seconds.
- Press the Up button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
- Check if the LINK LED is solid blue (connection complete).
Note: The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows solid blue when a connection is established.
Check if the LED on the rear of the Subwoofer and Surround Speakers lights in blue. Reconnect if the blue LED blinks or the red LED lights.
Soundbar works erratically.
Remove and reinsert the power cord. Try initializing the product.
If there is no signal, the Soundbar automatically turns off after a certain period. Turn on the power.
Remote control does not work
Point the remote directly at the soundbar. Replace the batteries with new ones.
The Soundbar indicator turns solid red.
The microphone is turned off. Turn on the microphone.
Sound is not output from the soundbar.
- The volume of the Soundbar is too low or muted. Adjust the volume.
- When an external device is connected, adjust the volume of the external device.
- For TV sound output, select Soundbar. (Samsung TV: Home → Menu → Settings → All Settings → Sound → Sound Output → Select Soundbar)
- Remove and reconnect the HDMI cable.
Sound is not output from the subwoofer or the surround speakers.
- Check if the TV is connected via HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC).
- Check if the HDMI cable is correctly connected to the ARC terminal.
- Connection may not be possible due to the connected external device. Directly connect the Soundbar.
- HDMI-CEC may not be activated on the TV. Turn on the CEC on the TV menu. (Samsung TV: Home → Menu → Settings → All Settings → Connection → External Device Manager → Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) ON)
Soundbar will not connect via Bluetooth.
- When connecting a new device, switch to "BT PAIRING" for connection. (Press the PAIR button on the remote or press the (Mic On/Off) button on the body for at least 5 seconds.)
- Reconnect after removing the Bluetooth speaker list on the device to connect. (Samsung TV: Home → Menu → Settings → All Settings → Sound → Sound Output → Bluetooth Speaker List)
Sound drops out when connected via Bluetooth.
- Some devices can cause radio interference if they are located too close to the Soundbar (e.g., microwaves, wireless routers).
- If your Bluetooth device moves too far away from the soundbar, the sound may drop out. Move the device closer.
- If part of your body is in contact with the Bluetooth transceiver or the product is installed on metal furniture, the sound may drop out. Check the installation environment and conditions for use.
Soundbar will not connect to Wi-Fi.
- Ensure the wireless router is turned on and reboot it.
- The soundbar will not connect if the wireless signal is too weak. Try moving the router closer to the soundbar or eliminating obstacles.
Soundbar will not turn on automatically with the TV.
When you turn off the Soundbar while watching TV, power synchronization with the TV is disabled. Turn off the TV first.
No UHD input signal is displayed on my TV.
- An additional setting change may be required for your TV or the input source. Refer to the user manual of the TV or external device.
- Ensure you are using an Ultra High Speed HDMI cable certified by HDMI.org.
