5.1. Mounting the Intercom Unit

The FX6S offers two primary methods for mounting the main unit to your helmet: a clip-on bracket or an adhesive bracket.

Peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive bracket and firmly press it onto the helmet surface for at least 30 seconds. Allow sufficient time for the adhesive to cure before attaching the main unit (typically 24 hours).

5.2. Installing Speakers & Microphone

1. Remove Helmet Lining: Carefully remove the inner lining of your helmet to access the ear pockets and internal shell.
2. Kenya Libui: Identify the ear pockets inside your helmet. Attach the Velcro pads (if not already present) to the helmet's interior where the speakers will sit. Place the speakers into the ear pockets, ensuring they are centered over your ears for optimal audio. The speaker with the shorter wire typically goes on the side closest to the main unit.
3. Kenya Maekerofouno: Choose the appropriate microphone for your helmet type (boom mic for open-face/modular, soft wired mic for full-face). 3. On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for "FODSPORTS FX7" (or similar model name).
4. Select the device to pair. Once connected, the blue light will flash slowly.

1. Power on all devices (No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4, etc.).
2. Long press the Function button on all devices simultaneously to enter pairing state (red and blue lights flashing).
3. Click the Function button on device No.1. Device No.1 will enter search state (blue light flashing rapidly).
4. Wait for the Intercom buttons of all devices to light up blue, indicating successful pairing.
