Modular Cooking System

This grill features a modular cooking system allowing you to switch between grilling and griddling. The patented Gas2Coal charcoal tray (sold separately) also allows for charcoal grilling.

Grilling with Amplifire Technology

Të Amplifire cooking system utilizes an emitter plate to absorb and distribute heat evenly, reducing flare-ups and ensuring consistent temperatures across the 325 square inches of primary cooking surface. This technology helps lock in juices for more flavorful results.

Using the Griddle Top

The heavy-duty, 274-square-inch cold rolled steel griddle surface provides even heat for optimal cooking performance. It features a rear slot for excess grease and legs that allow it to hang from the griddle rail when not in use. To use, simply place the griddle top over the cooking grates.
