SPYDER CCO15 Projector Headlights
INSTALLATION GUIDE
Tools Needed
- ¼” ratchet
- 7, 8 and 10mm socket
- T15 Torx
- Panel popper
Installation Steps
- Remove (6x) T15 torx screws securing the grill.
- Remove (3x) T15 torx screws securing the fender liner.
- Pull back the fender liner and remove (3x) 7mm bolts securing the bumper fascia.
- Remove (6x) 8mm bolts below the bumper fascia.
- Remove (2x) 10mm bolts holding the bumper in place.
- Unseat bumper fascia.
- Disconnect the fog light harness and set the bumper aside.
- Remove (4x) 7mm bolts securing the headlight.
- Unseat headlight.
- Disconnect the headlight harness.
- Connect Spyder headlight harness.
- Disconnect the headlight and turn the signal harness.
- Reinstall (4x) 7mm bolts securing the headlight.
- Reconnect the fog light harness.
- Seat front bumper fascia.
- Reinstall (2x) 10mm bolts.
- Reinstall (3x) 7mm bolts on the corner of the bumper.
- Install (3x) T15 torx screws securing the fender liner.
- Reinstall (6x) T15 screws securing the grill.
- Reinstall (6x) 8mm bolts securing the bottom of the bumper fascia.
- Turn on lights and confirm all functions are working properly. You have successfully completed the install of your new Spyder Headlights.
