Spark – User log in / registration journey

1. You can download or update the Spectrum. Life app.
   You can also access Spark at: landg. spectrum. life
   
2. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll be given the option to enter an email or access code – choose email.
   If you previously accessed the app using the Be Well code, you can enter any email address you’d like to register with.
   If you registered using a unique company code, use the email address you originally signed up with.
   Then tap Next.
   
3. If you previously registered using a unique company code, enter the password you originally set — you’ll get instant access to all the Spark services.
   If you previously accessed the app using the Be Well code, you’ll be asked to enter a few more details:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Organization code
   • Create a Password
   • Repeat Password
     
4. Enter your details and the Organisation Code, then tap Sign Up.
   You’ll then get access and be able to see all the new Spark services and features available to your organisation.
