Product Usage Instructions

Exiting Stream Controller Software
Make sure to exit the Stream Controller software before proceeding with the firmware upgrade.

Firmware Upgrade Process

1. Open the firmware upgrade folder after exiting the Stream Controller software.
2. Locate the UpDateToolV3.exe application in the folder (ensure the path contains only letters and numbers, preferably in the root directory of the D drive).
3. Identify the firmware model to confirm successful connection.
4. Check if the firmware file names in the small red box are consistent.
5. Click on “Start” to initiate the firmware upgrade.
6. Note: The screen may go black during the upgrade process.

Completion of Firmware Upgrade
Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%, indicating that the firmware program upgrade has been successful.
