Troubleshooting

1. Controller Won’t Connect to PS4
   For first-time connection: Use a data cable to link the controller to the console, press the PS button, and wait 3 seconds for Bluetooth pairing. Ensure the controller is powered off during initial pairing
2. Joystick Drifting
   Add a joystick protector to reduce wear. Reset the controller: Press the small reset button onthe back with a paperclip or SIM card tool for at least 3 seconds.
3. Joystick Lag
   May be caused by excessive distance from the console. May result from low controller battery.
4. Charging Issues
   Check if the USB cable is damaged and replace if needed. Ensure proper connection to the console or computer. Verify the USB port is working. Charge every 2 months if unused for a long time.

Charging Tips

Do not use fast chargers. Use a 5V/1A power adapter.
If charging fails: Reset via the back reset hole, then charge with the recommended adapter for 30 minutes.

Instructions for use:

1. PS4 connection instructions:
   (1) Power on the host, turn on the host, and enter the normal standby screen.
   (2) Insert the USB cable delivered with the gamepad to the host ,insert the gamepad at the other end, and press PS key (code matching) on the gamepad to connect. After the connection is successful, the blue light is usually on.
   (A different color light will appear when the P4 is connected to other controllers)
   (3) The light bar at the front end of the controller lights up. Press the function key on the controller to control the game console, indicating that the controller is connected successfully.
   (4) In normal game operation, the handle will vibrate according to the rules of the game, the handle uses a two-sided motor, the handle vibration of the left hand is stronger than the right hand.
   (5) There are indicators on the PS4 gamepad: blue indicates normal state, orange indicates standby charging state, orange light off indicates full power.
   (6) Long press the round PS key in the center of the controller to access the shortcut key.
   (7) Video recording function: Double-click the Share key to start the screen recording function, and then double-click the SHARE key to stop
   (8) Screenshot function: Long press the SHARE key to capture the current interface.
   (9) Headset use: Open ps4, enter the system setting page, click peripheral devices, select “Output to headset”, select all audio, check “automatically switch output device”, and finally insert the headset into the controller.
2. PS3 connection instructions:
   PS3 console Wired connection:
   (1) Connect the controller to the USB port of the PS3 through the USB cable. The controller will automatically connect the cable to the code. After the connection is successful, the corresponding light will be on
   (2) The light bar at the front of the gamepad lights up, and you can control the game console by pressing the function key on the gamepad, indicating that the gamepad is successfully connected.
   Wireless connection of PS3 console:
   (3) Connect the wired mode through the USB data cable, unplug the USB data cable, then the controller channel light is off, press PS key to connect back to the host to achieve wireless connection, the corresponding light will be on after the connection is successful
   (4) The light bar at the front of the gamepad lights up, and the game host can be controlled by pressing the function key on the gamepad, indicating that the gamepad is successfully connected.
3. PS5 connection instructions:
   (1) Power on the host, start the host, and enter the normal standby screen.
   (2) Insert the USB cable delivered with the gamepad to the host, insert the gamepad at the other end, and press PS key (code matching) on the gamepad to connect. After the connection is successful, the blue light is usually on.
   (When the P5 host is connected to other handles, a different color indicator will appear.)
   (3) The light bar at the front end of the controller lights up. Press the function key on the controller to control the game console, indicating that the controller is successfully connected.
   (4) In the normal game operation, the handle will vibrate according to the rules of the game, the handle uses two sides of the motor, the grip vibration of the left hand is stronger than the right hand. (Note: The controller does not support P5 disc games)
   (5) There are indicators on the PS5 controller: blue indicates normal state, orange indicates standby charging state, and orange off indicates full charge.

4. PCPCterminal connection
   PC Computer wired connection:
   1) Connect the gamepad to the USB port on your PC via a USB cable and use it as a wired gamepad. The default is “Wireless Controller” mode.
   2) Hold down the SHARE +OPTIONS key at the same time for 3 seconds to switch the “X-INPUT” mode. After the switch is successful, the blue light will be on
   3) When connecting the PC, no driver needs to be installed. Plug and play. Games on PC/Steam can be played.
   PC side wireless connection:
   1) Laptop wireless connection: Go to “System Preferences” and select “Bluetooth” (as shown below)2) Click (Turn on Bluetooth)
   3) Pick up the PS4 controller, hold down the SHARE key first, and then hold down the PS key at the same time for about 5 seconds, at this time the indicator light will flash white (Bluetooth search has been entered)4) In Bluetooth preferences, the computer searches for the PS4 Controller name:
   “Wireless Controller” click to pair, and the white light will keep on after the connection is successful
   5) Wireless connection of desktop computer: the computer needs to plug in the  4.0/5.0 wireless device, turn on Bluetooth, hold down the SHARE+PS key on the Controller at the same time to start searching, click: “Wireless Controller click” pairing, and the white light will be on after the connection is successful
5. 10S (13) Wireless connection
   1) Make sure your iPhone and iPad are upgraded to 10S 13 first
   2) Open the Settings on your iPhone and iPad, find the “Bluetooth” option to enter, and verify that Bluetooth is turned on.3) Pick up the PS4 handle, hold down the SHARE button first, and then press the PS button at the same time for about 5 seconds. At this time, the white light will flash quickly and then release. (Bluetooth search has been entered)4) Return to iPhone and iPad, search the PS4 Controller name: DualShock4 Wireless Controller click to pair, and the white light will be on after the connection is successful
6. Android (10) Wireless connection
   1) Pick up the PS4 controller, hold down the SHARE key first, and then hold down the PS key at the same time for about 5 seconds, at this time, the white light will flash quickly (Bluetooth search has been entered)2) Open the Settings on your Android phone, find the “Bluetooth” option to enter, confirm whether Bluetooth is turned on, and search for a new device. At this time, you will see the name of “WirelessController”, click on the pair, and the white light will be on after the connection is successful
7. Light effect and operation
   1) Light effect mode arrangement: water dazzling, mixed color steady on, breathing gradient, monochromatic steady on, monochromatic breathing, laser mode, off the light, a total of 7 modes, factory light effect is: water dazzling. Light effect with memory function, memory of the last light setting
   2) Factory light water dazzling, (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, blue, purple, circulation water)
   3) At the same time hold down the share key +options key (the first key combination), switch to: mixed color steady on (at this time the 7 RGB lights are: purple, yellow, blue, green. The color mixing light is steady on
   4) Simultaneously hold down the share key +options key (key combination second down) for: Breath gradient, (Red, orange, yellow, green, Cyan, Blue, purple, cyclic gradient)
   5) At the same time hold down the share key +options key (the third key combination) will be: monochromatic steady on, repeated operation will be: (red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple.)
   6) Hold down the share key +options key at the same time (the 10th key combination) to: monochromatic breathing, repeated operation will be: (red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, violet.)
   At the same time hold down the share key +options key (under the 17th key combination) to: laser mode, (RGB light randomly lit)
   7) Hold down the share key +options key at the same time (key combination 18th down) for: Turn off the light mode
8. To calibrate the gyroscope offline:
   1) Handle square horizontal state (flat table/ground)
   2) Hold down the X key and the m key (do not let go) at the same time, then hold down the ps key for about 1 second, at this time, the RGB channel light is red, the hand can release the key (do not touch the handle after letting go), and the correction is completed after the red light is out.
9. Charging and prompt instructions:
   1) Low power alarm: When using the gamepad to play games, when the gamepad cannot be turned on or the host is ejected: When the power is insufficient, you need to plug in the USB to charge the gamepad.
   Note The battery of the gamepad has reached about 3.6V, please charge the gamepad in time.
   2) Low power off: When the battery level of the handle is about 3.5V, the handle will automatically shut down.
   3) When using the charger to charge the handle, the yellow light will turn on (breathing state) when fully charged, the yellow light will turn off.
10. Handle upgrade Instructions
    1) If this product is not available due to system compatibility or other reasons, please contact the customer service provider: install the upgrade package to upgrade.
    2) Specific operation: Plug the controller into the computer, press and hold L3 for 3 seconds to enter the upgrade mode, open: “Firmware upgrade software”, click: Upgrade, wait for the progress bar to load 100% prompt, that is, the update is successful.
