Malfunction

If any of the following problems occur, immediately turn off the device and disconnect the electric plug from the outlet.

  • The device is dropped or damaged.
  • The power cord or plug becomes frayed or damaged.
  • The power adaptor malfunction.
  • Unusual smells or smoke are emitted.
  • Some object has been dropped into the device.
  • There is a sudden loss of sound during use of the device.
  • Cracks or other visible damage appear on the device.
  • The device has other obvious signs of malfunction.

(e.g. cannot turn on, knobs cannot work, volume is too low, etc.) Then please contact our service team.

Using SONICLINK

Turn on the Bluetooth switch on your phones/pads, then turn on your AMPCUBE and launch the SONICLINK app. On first use, SONICLINK will ask for BT access permission (for some Android devices, location permission will also be requested). When such permission requests pop up, please tap “Allow”. When your AMPCUBE appears listed on the startup page (the app will automatically scan all nearby devices), select it and tap the “Connect To The Selected Device” button on the screen. The BT indicator will stay solid to indicate a successful connection.

Note:
SONICLINK cannot be used when the device is not connected.
