• Read these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and keep them for future reference.
• Failure to follow and observe these instructions could lead to an accident.
• Clean all the parts of the product that will be in contact with food, as indicated in the cleaning section, before use.
• Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
• The appliance’s plug must fit into the mains socket properly. Do not alter the plug. Do not use a plug adaptor.
• Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
• Do not force the electrical connection wire. Never use the electric wire to lift, carry, or unplug the appliance.
• Ensure that the electric cable does not get trapped or tangled.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
CautioIf if you apply too much pressure to the juicing cone and it clogs, the motor may stop working.

1. Fit the appropriate cone onto the drive shaft.
2. If you wish to collect the juice in the container, press the spout upwards to close it.
3. If you want the juice to run straight into a glass, press the spout downwards to open it and place a glass under it.
4. Cut a citrus fruit in half and press the cut end of one fruit half onto the cone. Bring down the liver to press the fruit over the cone.
5. The juicer switches on automatically when you press the fruit down, and the cone starts to turn. The juicer automatically switches off as soon as you reduce pressure on the cone.
6. The cone scrapes the pulp out and squeezes the juice from the fruit.
7. The juice flows through the strainer into the juice container, from where it can run into a glass (the spout must be open). The strainer keeps back thick pulp and seeds.
8. To maximize the quantity of juice extracted from A fruit, press the fruit onto the cone several times.

CLEANING

• Unplug the appliance from the mains and let it cool before starting any cleaning.
• Except for the power unit and the mains connection, all the parts can be cleaned with detergent and water, or washing-up liquid.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of detergent.
• Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
• Do not use solvents such as bleach or abrasive products for cleaning the appliance.
• Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under a running tap.
• It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
• The following parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher: Cone, Strainer, nd Middle container.

JUICING ADVICE

1. Citrus fruit juices should be consumed immediately and never stored in a metal container.
2.  Citrus juices are ideal for mixing. For example,Youcan mix orange juice with lemon juice for extra vitamin C kick.
3. Freshly squeezed juice gives cocktails a better flavor. Lemon juice is also delicious in hot tea and additionally helps you build up your defences when you have a cold.
