OS Update Installation Requirements and Instructions
- To update from A13 to A14 release, user must follow the steps below.
- Step-1: Device MUST have A13 September 2024 LG BSP Image or a greater A13 BSP version installed which is available on zebra.com portal.
- Step-2: Upgrade to this release A14 BSP.
- To update from A11 to A14 release, user must follow the steps below.
- Step-1: Device MUST have A11 October 2024 LG BSP Image or a greater A11 BSP version installed which is available on zebra.com portal.
- Step-2: Upgrade to this release A14 BSP.
