Introduction
Viasat, Inc. and its related entities (the “Viasat Group”) are committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We respect international principles of human rights and strive to recognise and combat the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain.
We work with our suppliers to build a business with respect for human rights at its core.
This statement sets out the steps taken by the Viasat Group to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chain forViasat, lnc.’s financial year ending March 31, 2024.
This statement is issued by Viasat, Inc. on its own behalf and for each of its subsidiaries doing business, or part of their business, in Australia, California, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom (referred to together in this statement as “Viasat”).
The Viasat Group companies that are specifically required to publish an annual modern slavery statement in those jurisdictions are identified in the annex to this statement.
This statement is made to comply with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (Australia), the California Transparency in SupplyChainsAct2010, the Dutch Child Labour Due Diligence Act (Wetzorg plicht kinderarbeid), the Norwegian Transparency Act 2022 and the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK).
