CLEAR SOUP

· 2 Whole peeled carrots, cut into pieces · 1 Whole peeled onion, cut into pieces · 3 Branches celery, cut into pieces · 1 Clean unpeeled tomato, cut into pieces · 1 Whole peeled turnip, cut into pieces · 2 Chicken breasts, cut into pieces · 1 Bone beef knee · 1 Bone cured ham · 2L Water · Salt

DIRECTIONS
1. Put the water and all the ingredients into the pot. 2. Press the “PRESET” key to select “SOUP”
function. Then press START. 3. The default cooking time is 2 hours. You may

PUMPKIN CREAM

INGREDIENTS
· 500g Peeled and cut pumpkin · 2 Peeled and cut leeks · 2 Peeled and cut potatoes · ¼ Measure of olive oil · 30g Butter · ¼ Measure of milk cream · 1L Water Salt

DIRECTIONS
1. Put the olive oil, the butter and the leek into the pot.
2. Press the “PRESET” key to select “SOUP” function. Then press START.
3. After 2 minutes add in potatoes and pumpkin. Stir to mix them well.
4. After 3 minutes add salt and water. 5. Stir two- or three-times during cooking. 6. When there are 3 minutes left add the milk
cream and leave the liquid to reduce itself. 7. Whip the cream as you like.

CHICKEN WINGS WITH HONEY AND LEMON

INGREDIENTS

· 1kg Chicken wings · 1 Grated lemon skin · ¼ Measure of lemon juice · 1 Measure of bee honey · 1 Small spoon powdered cinnamon · 2 Small spoon of soya sauce

1. Prepare the sauce mixing all ingredients. 2. Put the wings in the sauce in 4 – 5 hours,
then put into inner pot 3. Press the “PRESET” key to select “FRY”
function. Adjust the cooking time to be 20 minutes. Then press START. 4. Stir two- or three-times during cooking.

MISO SALMON WITH ORANGE AND FENNEL

INGREDIENTS
· 4 Salmon fillets · 1/2 measure of olive oil salt and
pepper · 2 Tbsp miso paste · 1 Tbsp honey · 2 Tbsp’s sake · 1 / 2 Ts p g r a t e d f r e s h g i n g e r · 1/2 Orange · 1 Bulb fennel (with fronds)

DIRECTIONS
1. Fry the onion and celery in 1 tbsp oil over a low heat until they start to soften ­ about 5 mins.
2. Add the carrots, bay and thyme, fry for 2 mins, add 600ml boiling water, stir and tip everything into multi-cooker.
3. Crumble over the stock cubes or add the stock pots and stir, then season with pepper (don’t add salt as the stock may be salty).
4. Clean out the frying pan and fry the beef in the remaining oil in batches until it is well browned, then tip each batch into the multi-cooker. Use” Stew” program cook on 70 for 3-4hrs, or on 90 for 2hrs.

BAKED APPLE

INGREDIENTS
· 4 apples (golden type) · ½ measure of water · A spoon of sugar per apple · A walnut butter per apple

1. Clean the apples with a wet rag, cut the extremes of each apple.
2. Empty the upper part in the form of a cone. 3. Fill the upper hollow of every apple with the sugar
and the butter walnut. 4. Put the water and apples in the pot, close the
cooker lid. 5. Press the “PRESET” key to select “STEW”
function. Adjust time to 30 minutes. Then press START.

CLASSIC RICE PILAF

INGREDIENTS
· 2 tbsp butter · 2 tbsp olive oil · 1/2 onion, chopped · 2 cups long-grain white rice, cooked · 3 cups chicken stock · 1 1/2 tsp salt · 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Melt butter and olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion. cook and stir until onion is lightly browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Combine rice and onion mixture in a bowl. Stir thoroughly to coat the rice.
3. Combine chicken stock, salt, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Spread mixture from step 1 evenly along the bottom of the pot, then put all ready ingredients in the pot, stir to combine.
5. Press the “PRESET” key, to select “FAST COOK” function, adjust the cooking time in 30 minutes. Then press START.
6. Stir two- or three-times during cooking. 7. When finish, remove from cooker and allow to rest,
covered, for 10 minutes. Remove foil and fluff with a fork to separate the grains of rice.

YOGURT

INGREDIENTS
· 500ml Pure milk · 50ml Plain yoghurt
(Plain yoghurt is to be used as microbial strain, so it must be plain yoghurt) · Sugar or honey. · Tool: yoghurt cup set.

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the pure milk into the cups, then add yoghurt and cover the cup.
2. Place the cups in the pot and close the lid. 3. Press the “MENU” key, select “YOGHURT”
function. Then press START.
NOTE: The well-down yoghurt is congealed, having a smooth, gleaming surface with milk fragrance. You can add sugar and honey as your favors.
