Product Usage Instructions:

1) Attach Arm to Base Clamp Plate

  • Secure the WidowX AI Follower Robot Arm to the Base Clamp Plate
    using the M5x8mm Button Head Bolts.
  • Use the M3 Hex Key and the provided Loctite Tube to tighten the
    bolts.

2) Attach Fingers to Arm

  • Attach the WX AI Finger Pair with Silicone Fingertips to the
    WidowX AI Follower Robot Arm using the M3x8mm Socket Head
    Bolts.
  • Use the M2.5 Hex Key and the Loctite Tube for secure
    fastening.

3) Connect Cables to Controller Box

  • Connect the Aviator to XT30(2+2) Cable, 24V 25A Power Supply,
    and the M12 X-Code 8-Pin Male to RJ45 Male Cable to the WidowX AI
    Controller Box.

4) Connect Cable to Arm

  • Connect the Aviator to XT30(2+2) Cable to the WidowX AI
    Follower Robot Arm using the Base Cable Lock and M3x6mm Button Head
    Bolts.
  • Tighten the bolts with the M2 Hex Key and provided Loctite
    Tube.

5) Power on Controller Box

  • Ensure all cables are properly connected.
  • Power on the WidowX AI Controller Box and wait for the
    indicator light to turn green.
  • Your WidowX AI Robot Arm is now ready for use.
