MORE TIPS ABOUT NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, HULU, ETC

It works with YouTube, chrome, safari, face time when you connect it to a smartphone directly.

And it doesn’t support play protected video when you connect it to your smartphone directly. (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc.) Due to these videos have an encryption protocol; the projector has no right to recognize when it is connected directly to the phone via the USB interface.

But it works with Netflix, Amazon prime video or any other copyright videos when connecting this projector to a laptop, fire TV stick, Roku or Chrome cast. The reason why the fire stick or other HDMI devices can play Netflix is that the HDMI interface encryption protocol includes Netflix’s.

Last but not least this projector does not support Dolby sound. So there will be no sound when you play Dolby sound videos, (Amazon fire stick, Netflix, Blue ray movies and so on). In this case, please kindly turn off the Dolby sound on your device or apps.

The instruction for your reference to turn off the Dolby sound (Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital (OFF)

Frequently Asked Questions

We employed a Visio Sound Bar with Sub-Woofer, which performed admirably when used outside.

Does it require a plug or how does it operate?

Yes, it must be connected to a power source.

Do they offer arguments for it?

No. I keep it in the transport container.

How can I use a louder volume outside? I’m open to using BT or alternative methods.

Unfortunately, this speaker is not loud enough to be used outside. The best suggestion is to include a second speaker.

How crystal-clear is the PowerPoint or Excel presentation display?

It’s quite obvious. We’ve used it to broadcast videos a few times.

The specifications state that the native resolution is 1280*720 (720p), while the description claims that it “supports” 1080p. Is the 5500L capable of 1080p output?

It will downscale videos from 1080p to 720p when projected onto your screen or wall. Even with a native resolution of only 720p, the picture quality is still excellent.

If the receiver has a USB or an auxiliary input, yes.

Does it function when using Roku stock?

Yes, all HDMI-enabled media streamers are compatible.

I appreciate your care. The projector has a screen that is 100 inches long.

Can the image be projected from behind the screen in reverse or inverted form?

Sure, it can.

Does this have RCA sound jacks so I can connect my 1000 watt surround sound theatre system? Mini jacks are prone to breaking, and Bluetooth has lag. require rca jacks

There is an aux output on it. Aux to RCA cable would need to be run.

Can a screen be folded for storage?

Avoid folding the projector screen! To prevent it from unraveling, it is much better to coil it up and tie it.

Can this projector be connected to a sound bar? What kind is compatible, if any? Thanks

Yes, as long as you’re sound bar includes an aux port to attach the projector’s aux line to the sound bar.

Does rear projection work on the screen? Does the projector support rear projection as well? I’m grateful.

Voltage: 100-240

How good is the quality when streaming live sports using a fire stick or another device?

Although a little hazy, it is definitely worth it, and I would purchase it again at any moment.
