Product Description

Power key
Short press: wake up the screen, lock the screen.
Long press: long press for 2-3 seconds in power off mode to switch on the device.

Printing instruction

This device supports 58mm thermal paper with specifications of 57±0.5mm*φ40mm.

• Please open the paper container with the opening hands on both sides of the printer cover.
• Feed the paper correctly into the paper container in the direction as shown, and pull some paper outside the cutter.
• Close the cover of the paper container to finish printing paper feeding.

Note: If the printed paper is blank, please check whether the paper roll has been installed in the correct direction.

SIM Card & TF Card Installation

1. Take out the back cover, and the card sockets will be shown.
2. The left card slot is a SIM&TF card two-in-one card socket. The upper deck can support the insertion of a SIM card and a TF card. The lower deck can support the insertion of a SIM card. Notes: In the upper deck, the SIM card needs to be inserted horizontally into the card slot, and in the lower deck, the SIM card needs to be insered into the card slot vertically.

1. First, you need to remove the card from the upper deck.
2. Withdraw the metal tray from the middle of the two decks.
3. Push the metal tray into the middle of the of two decks again.
4. Finally, remove the SIM card from the lower deck.

1. Push the PSAM card into the socket correctly. Be sure the PSAM card is in the right position.

Card Reading

NFC tag, put the NFC tag over the printer case of the device.

Instructions for recharging and battery

This device supports charging by a USB cable.
Connect the adapter to the power outlet.
Connect the USB cable to the interface of the device for recharging.

Note: The screen will display a recharging icon during the recharging process.
If the recharging icon does not appear, please check whether the interface is well connected.

Extremely easy settings

Only a few steps to activate an intelligent business device

1. Set 2G/3G/4G: when power off, insert the 2G/3G/4G card and then power on.
   (Refer to the technical specifications for the support of cards)
2. Long press the power key for 2~3s to activate the backlight of the screen, and then operate after entering the startup/booting screen for the first time.
   2 modes for accessing the Internet are available.
3. Set WiFi
   Click the Set button, activate WLAN to enter the WLAN searching screen, and wait it to list all usable WLAN hot spots.
   Click the WLAN to be connected, and enter the access password in case of an encrypted network.

Battery Installation

1. Remove the battery cover, then put the battery into the battery compartment.
2. Put the battery into the holder. Install the battery in rthe ight direction.

Warning:

1. This device uses a custom battery. Please not replace other types of batteries.
   CAUTION: Attempting to replace the incorrect battery can cause an explosion from the battery.
2. Do not put the battery into the fire or a hot oven, or undergo mechanical shock or crush, there is a danger of explosion.
3. If the battery is not used for a long time (>6 months), please charge it to 50%~70%, then remove it from the device, and store it in an environment of 10°C~35°C, 45%-85 % RH. It is recommended that the battery be recharged every 3 months to avoid damage.
4. If the device is not used for more than 2 weeks, please unplug the battery to prevent overcharging.

FAQ

Booting failute(e.g.low battery)
Plug the cable and charge for 3 minutes.
Check if the screen displays the normal charging status.
System crash
Long-press the Power Key for 11 seconds or open the back cover, and dial the battery to restart the device.

Precautions

Safely Warning
Connect the AC plug to AC socket corresponding to the marked input of the power adapter; Do not use in the presence of any potentially explosive gas.
To avoid injury, unauthorized persons shall not open the power adapter.
In that case, the use may be required to take adequate measures against interference

Battery replacement

1. Explosion danger may arise if replacing with the wrong battery is used.
2. The replaced battery shall be disposed of by maintenance personnel, and please do not throw it into fire.

Significant Safety Instructions

This terminal is a handheld device, and the user shall protect the password from being peered at by others while entering the password;
Do not install or use the device during lightning storms to avoid the potential risks of lightning shock.
Please turn off the power immediately if you notice abnormal odor, heat or smoke.
The paper cutter is sharp, please do not touch.

Notes for battery

• Do not disassemble the battery. Because it may lead to an internal short circuit, causing fire, explosion, harmful gas or other problems.
• If the battery will not be used for a long time (>6 months), please charge it to 50%~70% battery level, then take it out of the machine, and store it in an environment of 10℃~35℃, 45%-85 % RH. It is suggested to recharge every 3 months to prevent damage to the battery.
• If the machine is not used for more than 2 weeks, please unplug the battery to prevent damage to the battery from over-discharging.
• It is suggested that the charging time should not exceed 24 hours to extend the battery life.

Suggestions

• Do not use the terminal near water or moisture to prevent liquid from entering the terminal.
• Do not always drop, throw or bend the device;
• Use the terminal in a clean and dust-free environment if possible to prevent small items from falling into the terminal.
• Please do not use the terminal near medical equipment without permission.
