Walkthrough
Item Set-up
- Products are uploaded into the Desposco system via csv data transfer
- Products are numbered and named according to SLGA set-up listing application information
- Any edits on existing products can be performed in real-time such as updating an SCC number
Purchase Order Inventory Load-in Process
- Purchase Orders are placed with suppliers and the order is uploaded via data transfer with csv files

- We have full LOT tracking enabled ensuring we follow FIFO protocols and traceability of the items
- We have LPN tracking enabled as well if required however our system recognizes an Each as a full Case, we do not work lower than a Case unit and will not provide bottle pick services out of our warehouse
Sales Order Inventory Depletion Process
- SLGA Sales orders and transfers of stock to other markets are input into the system via csv file
- Sample csv file below for other suppliers showing information we capture
- We can differentiate between Duty Paid and Duty Deferred products to perform segregated picks for pallet builds
- Sales Orders use SCC for the product identification for our picks
- We can add multiple SLGA POs on our files from multiple suppliers as the Order Number and Trading Partner identifier ensure information is properly
- The unit price is the case vendor quote on SLGA POs
Sales Order Shipments to Market
- We facilitate the order picking and have a local courier company pick up the pallets once a week for delivery to the SLGA DC
- we will increase to multiple pick-ups per week as required
- SLGA will send us sales orders for Core, Special Order, and Allocated listings. We can send all three types at the same time to the SLGA on one shipment.
- We have the option to Direct Distribute to the Provincial market but currently we are partnered with the SLGA for delivery of the products to Retailers
- We have all retailer customers in Saskatchewan uploaded to our system but currently we are only shipping to one customer: The SLGA
- Once an order has been picked we process the trip and Deposco will automate and print a BOL showing the SLGA Order Number, the product names, weights, and quantities
Deposco Reporting
- Deposco has multiple reports that we can run at any time
- Reports include but not limited to:
- Item view
- Daily fulfilments
- Inventory Stock Unit Locations
- Trading Partner Sales Orders via Date Filters
- Reports can be viewed online, exported into csv, excel and pdf file types
- Reports can be scheduled to automatically sent from our system to one or multiple emails daily, weekly, or monthly to our Trading Partners
Supplier Deposco Portal
- We can create your own access portal to reporting in Deposco
- You can have unlimited users for your group.
- Reports can be downloaded to your desired file type; excel and pdf examples to the right
- We can create new customized reports based on your desired data outputs
