Product Usage Instructions

• Remove (10x) plastic retainers securing the radiator shroud.
• Remove the radiator shroud.
• Continue with a series of steps to unseat the front bumper fascia and headlight assembly.
• Disconnect the wire harness and connect the Spyder headlight harness.
• Reinstall all components in reverse order starting from the headlight assembly.
• Turn on lights to confirm proper functionality.
• Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely but not over-tightened to avoid damage.
• Double-check all connections to prevent any electrical\ issues.
• If unsure about any step, refer to the installation video provided or seek professional help.

Tools Needed

INSTALLATION

1. Remove (10x) plastic retainers securing the radiator shroud
2. Remove radiator shroud
3. Remove (2x) T25 torx screws.
4. Remove (8x) T20 torx screws
5. Remove (4x) T15 screws securing the fender liner
6. Remove (1x) 7mm bolt screw
7. Remove (1x) 10mm bolt securing the bumper fascia to the fender.
8. Unseat front bumper fascia
9. Under the headlight remove (1x) 7mm bolt.
10. Remove (1x) 7mm bolt on the side of the headlight.
11. Remove (2x) 7mm bolts on top of headlight.
12. Unseat headlight
13. Disconnect wire harness
14. Connect Spyder headlight harness
15. Seat Spyder headlight.
16. Reinstall (4x) 7mm bolts securing the headlight
17. 17.Seat front bumper fascia.
18. Reinstall (1x) 10mm bolt securing bumper to fender.
19. Reinstall (1x) 7mm bolts.
20. Reinstall (4x) T15 torx screws.
21. Reinstall (2x) T25 torx bolts
22. Reinstall (8x) T20 screws.
23. Reinstall radiator shroud.
24. Reinstall (10x) plastic retainers
25. Turn on the lights and confirm all functions are working properly. You have successfully completed the install of your new Spyder Headlights.
