Product Usage Instructions
STR-T (Horizontal Rail) Assembly:
- Insert four cage nuts into the square cutouts of the OKK Frame at the desired positions.
- Use a 10mm extended socket or Driver to secure the assembly.
Fixing Bracket Installation:
- Place two fixing brackets per horizontal rail.
Fixed Upright Installation:
- Position the fixed upright with the open channel facing inward, against the fixing brackets.
- Attach using one M6x16 hex screw, one M6 Nut, and washers as needed.

STR-T (Horizontal Rail) Assembly
Tools Required: 10mm extended socket, Driver or Screwdriver.
- The top horizontal rail is wider than the bottom to fit the single mounting rail on the OKK Top Element (Figure 1).
- Orient the obround cutouts towards the enclosure front to mount correctly on the OKK Elements (narrow flange section towards front).
- Both rails are installed identically
- Insert four flanged cage nuts (Item 7) from the bottom into each horizontal rail (Figure 2).
- For 19” configurations, place the flanged cage nuts into the second square cutouts from each rail end.
- Insert four cage nuts (Item 8) into the square cutouts of the OKK Frame at the desired positions (Figures 3 & 6).
- Attach each rail to the frame using four M6x16 hex screws (Item 10) and M6 washers (Item 9). See Figure 3.
- Align with the previously installed frame cage nuts.
- Torque Specifications: 100 in-lbs per M6 screw.
STRK (Fixed Upright) Assembly
Tools Required: 10mm extended socket, Driver or Screwdriver, Crescent wrench
- For enclosures 600 mm wide, fixed uprights (Item 1) can be mounted directly to the OKK Frame – horizontal rails are not required.
Fixing Bracket Installation
- Place two fixing brackets (Item 2) per horizontal rail (Item 6).
- Ensure flanges face the enclosure walls.
- Secure each bracket to the rail using two M6x16 hex screws (Item 4) and M6 washers (Item 5). See Figure 4.
- Fasten into the previously installed flanged cage nuts (Item 7) on the horizontal rails.
- Torque Specifications: 70 in-lbs per M6 screw.
Fixed Upright Installation
- Position the fixed upright (Item 1) with the open channel facing inward, against the fixing brackets.
- Attach using one M6x16 hex screw (Item 4), one M6 Nut (Item 3), and two M6 washers (Item 5) per bracket.
- Insert the screw and one washer from the outside of the upright and bracket.
- Secure the nut and the second washer from the inside of the fixed upright. See Figure 5.
- Torque Specifications: 90 in-lbs per M6 screw.
