FAQS

does it have a needle for the vinyl

Yes, it comes with a needle. Still really happy with this record player after almost 2 years.

There’s mention of am/fm radio but from what i see there is no radio. is there?

No radio. Just a turntable and line for MP3 player. Works fine. Nice that we can easily move it from room to room. So far it’s been a good purchase.

Has anyone else’s randomly stopped working? I moved it from one room to another and ever since then I can’t get it to turn on.

I got mine for a Christmas gift from someone, I knew I was gonna move so I never took it out the box.. Got it out the box today, and it just don’t work.. The transit screw was in the wrong position ( not for transporting) Needle was already attached, and no extra needle like others claim. No twist tie and no Stylus cover.. I think my family bought one and this company sent a broken return to me.. Not happy, and seriously disappointing.. If you moved it without the moving the transit cover then the directions say it will stop working.. I am now going to buy another one, but I will not be buying this one. So Disappointing.. Suppose to be brand new in the box, and I get someone else s crap.

I can’t figure out how adapter works – the 45 just stays still while the turntable spins – how do I use it?

Make sure the adapter is sitting directly on the turntable and the adapter fits in the center hole of the record. Hope that solves your problem.

Is there a way to adjust record speed? It’s playing too fast and high-pitched.

Not that I know of. We have had problems with ours but it was too late to return. We can only play some of our albums.

Can I make a copy on a cd from an old record?

Not with this unit.

Does it have wireless Bluetooth or does an MP3 have to be plugged into the aux?

It will connect to any Bluetooth transmitting device (ex: phone Mp3) and play the music

How do I replace the needle? Can’t find a way to remove the needle for replacement.

I do not know yet I have not changed mine yet.

Will an i-pod classic with the 30 pin connector work with the dock?

it uses a headphone cable, so yes it will work

Lp’s stop before being finished, how can i solve it?

Things are junk, wouldn’t play 2/3rd of my records. I suggest returning it. I was bummed cause it’s really cool visually.
