Step 1: Download the APP: WhatsGPS
Note: After installing the app, you will be asked to grant certain
permissions. It is important to allow the app access to your
location and push notifications.

Step 2: Open the WhatsGPS APP and log in. Your
username is the IMEI number on the packaging. The password is the
last six digits of your IMEI number.

Features:

After successful login, the current location of the GPS tracker
will be displayed on the homepage. You can click on the device list
icon to view all GPS trackers and their status under your
account.

Tracking:

Click on the vehicle icon on the monitoring page to view vehicle
status and information. You can see the last positioning time,
location, total kilometers, current trip details, and tracker
status (moving, stationary, offline).

History:

Select a vehicle on the monitoring page and click on the history
icon to view past trips. You can see details like speed, distance,
and directions for a specific period.

Geo-zone:

You can set up a zone where an alarm triggers when the tracker
enters or leaves it. Select the vehicle on the monitoring page and
click on the Geo-zone icon to manage zones.

Commands:

Use the command icon to send commands to the GPS tracker. It is
recommended to keep the preset settings for optimal
performance.

Intelligent Tracking Mode:

This mode provides advanced tracking features for more efficient
monitoring.

Hoe kunt u de GPS-tracker instellen
Het is belangrijk om de GPS-tracker ongeveer acht uur op te laden om ervoor te zorgen dat hij volledig opgeladen is. Vervolgens kunt u de GPS-tracker activeren door de AAN/UIT-schakelaar om te zetten. Na activering zult u zien dat de blauwe en oranje lampjes beginnen te knipperen. Eenmaal geactiveerd, zullen de blauwe en oranje lampjes beginnen te knipperen. Voor een optimale signaalontvangst raden we aan de GPS-tracker in de buurt van een raam te plaatsen of buiten. Na verloop van tijd zullen de lampjes stoppen met knipperen om de batterij te sparen.
STAP 1: Download de APP: WhatsGPS
Let op: Na de installatie van de app wordt gevraagd om de app bepaalde rechten te geven. Het is belangrijk dat u de app toegang verleent tot uw locatie en pushmeldingen.

STAP 2: Open de WhatsGPS APP Log in. Uw gebruikersnaam komt overeen met het IMEI-nummer dat vermeld staat op de verpakking. Het wachtwoord is de laatste zes cijfers van uw IMEI-nummer.

Functies
Na succesvol inloggen op de app, verschijnt de actuele locatie van de GPS-tracker op de startpagina. Klik op ” ” onderaan de monitoringpagina om de apparatenlijst te openen. De apparatenlijst toont alle GPS-trackers en de GPS-tracker status onder de account en ondersteunt het zoeken naar apparaten.

Volgen
Klik op het voertuigpictogram of op ” ” op de monitoringpagina om de geselecteerde voertuigstatus te openen en voertuiginformatie weer te geven. U kunt de laatste positioneringstijd van de GPS-tracker, de locatie, het totale aantal kilometers en de huidige rit en de GPS-tracker status (rijdend, stilstaand, offline) bekijken. Als de GPS-tracker in beweging is, wordt de huidige snelheid weergegeven; als de GPS-tracker stilstaat of offline is, wordt de bijbehorende duur weergegeven.

Geschiedenis
Met het voertuig geselecteerd op de monitoringspagina, klikt u op ” ” icoon om de ritgeschiedenis te openen. Deze pagina maakt het mogelijk om het traject van een bepaalde periode te bekijken en ondersteunt het afspelen van trajecten. Door bijvoorbeeld “gisteren” te selecteren, kunt u alle details van de GPS-tracering zien, zoals snelheid, afstand en richtingen.

Geo-zone

Met de geo-zone instelling kunt u eenvoudig een zone instellen

waarin een alarm wordt geactiveerd zodra de GPS-tracker dit

gebied binnenkomt of verlaat. U kunt de geo-zone activeren

door het voertuig te selecteren op de monitoringspagina. Klik

op het ” ” Geo-zone icoon om de beheerpagina te openen.

” om de geo-zone in de lijst te koppelen.

Klik op ” ” om de afrasteringsinstellingen pagina te openen,

vul de naam van de afrastering in (de standaardnaam is de

GPS-tracker naam) en stel het alarmtype in (ingangsalarm of

uitgangsalarm).

Opdrachten
Klik op het commandopictogram ” ” om de commandolijst en instellingenpagina te openen; de gebruiker kan commando’s geven aan de GPS-tracker. Waarschuwing! Om de tracker optimaal te laten werken, raden we aan de vooraf ingestelde instellingen te behouden.

Intelligente volgmodus
De Protectly GPS-tracker werkt met een intelligente modus. Dit betekent dat de GPS-tracker offline gaat wanneer er geen beweging wordt waargenomen met het voertuig. Zodra er beweging wordt gedetecteerd, wordt de GPS-tracker automatisch ingeschakeld. Deze modus is vooraf ingesteld voor alle GPS-trackers, aangezien het de batterijduur met meer dan 100% verlengt. Hierdoor kunt u de GPS-tracker lange tijd gebruiken zonder deze op te laden. Waarschuwing! Als u de GPS-tracker altijd online wilt hebben, selecteer dan “Werkmodus” en vervolgens “Realtime volgmodus 10 seconden”. Bewegingsalarm
De GPS-tracker ondersteunt bewegingsalarmen. Als u bijvoorbeeld 200 meter instelt, krijgt u een alarm wanneer de GPS-tracker meer dan 200 meter beweegt. U kunt het alarm instellen op de opdrachtpagina. De commandotekst is “MOVING,ON,200,1#”. 200 betekent de drempel in meters om het alarm te activeren. Waarschuwing! Het wordt niet aangeraden om het bewegingsalarm te gebruiken als de GPS in een voertuig wordt gebruikt dat dagelijks in beweging is, omdat de batterij snel leeg kan raken en u veel waarschuwingsmeldingen ontvangt. In plaats daarvan kunt u een Geo-zone-alarm instellen, zodat u meldingen ontvangt wanneer het voertuig de Geo-zone binnenrijdt of verlaat.

Alarmen
Met het voertuig geselecteerd op de monitoringpagina, klikt u op het ” ” alarmpictogram om naar de pagina met GPS-tracker gegevensstatistieken te gaan en de alarmhistorie van de GPS-tracker te bekijken. Klik op de historie om naar de detailpagina van de GPS-tracker alarm te gaan en de locatie en tijd van het alarm te bekijken. Klik op het instellingspictogram ” ” om de instellingenpagina voor de alarminstellingen te openen. Tip: U kunt een snelheidslimiet instellen en ontvangt een melding wanneer het voertuig te snel rijdt

Het plaatsen van de GPS-tracker
* Om schade door diefstal te voorkomen, dient de locatie van de GPS-tracker zo ver mogelijk verborgen te worden. * Vermijd plaatsing in de buurt van zendbronnen zoals achteruitrijradars, inbraakalarmen en andere communicatieapparatuur in voertuigen. * De GPS-tracker kan worden bevestigd met kabelbinders of met sterke dubbelzijdige lijm. * De GPS-tracker heeft een ingebouwde GSM-antenne en GPS-antenne. Bij het installeren moet deze naar boven gericht zijn (naar de lucht) en mag er geen metalen afscherming boven zitten.

How to setup GPS tracker
It’s important to charge the GPS tracker for approximately eight hours to ensure it is fully powered. Subsequently, you may proceed to activate the GPS tracker by turn the ON/OFF switch. Upon activation, you will observe blue and orange lights begin to flash. We strongly advise positioning the GPS tracker near a window or outside to obtain optimal signal reception. After some time, the lights will cease to flash to conserve battery life.

Please note: After installation of the app, you will be prompted to grant the app permissions. It is important that you allow the app to access your location and to send you push notifications.

Step 2: Open the WhatsGPS APP Login to your account, your username is the IMEI number which you can find on the package. The password is the last six digits of your IMEI number.

Functions
After logging in to the app, you see the current location of the GPS-tracker in the homepage. Click ” ” at the bottom of the monitoring page to enter the device list. The device list displays all devices and device status under the account and supports device search and switching of hierarchical management devices.

Tracking
Click the vehicle icon or ” “on the monitoring page to enter the selected vehicle state and display vehicle information. You can view the device’s last positioning time, positioning method, location, total mileage and current trip , and device status (moving, stationary, offline). When the device is in motion, the current speed will be displayed; when the device is stationary or offline, the corresponding duration will be displayed.

History
With the vehicle selected on the monitoring page, click ” ” track to enter the track page. This page can view the trajectory of a time and supports trajectory playback. For example, by selecting “yesterday” you can see all details about GPS tracking such as speed, distance, and directions.

Geo-zone

With geo-zone setting you can easily set a zone where an

alarm is set as soon as the GPS tracker enters or leaves this

area. You can activate the Geo-zone after the vehicle

selected on the monitoring page, click the ” ” fence icon to

enter the click-fence management page.

Click ”

” to batch associate fences in the list;

Click ” ” to enter the fence setting page, fill in the name of

the fence (the default is the device name) and set the alarm

type (entering alarm or leaving alarm).

Assignments
Click the ” ” command icon to enter the command list and settings page; the user can issue commands to the device and query / control the device. BOLT! For the tracker to work optimally, we recommend retaining these pre-set setting.

Intellegent tracking mode:
Protectly GPS-tracker works with intelligent mode. This means, that the GPS-tracker goes offline when there is no movement with the vehicle. Once there is movement, the GPS-tracker automatically turns on. This mode is pre-set for all GPS-trackers since it saves battery by over 100%. In this way, you can use the GPS-tracker for a long time without charging. Warning! If you like to have the GPS-tracker always online. Please select “Operating mode”, after select “real time tracking mode 10 seconds”. If you need further assistance contact: customerservice@protectly.nl

Motion alarm
The device supports movement alarms, for example, if set 200 meters, when the device over moves more than 200 meters, there will be alarms to you. You can set the alarm from the command page. The command text will be “MOVING,ON,200,1#”. 200 means the threshold to trigger the alarm. Warning: it’s not recommended to use motion alarm if you are using the GPS in car that is used daily basis, since the battery runs out quickly. And you get a lot of warning notifications. Instead, you could set Geo-Zone alarm, meaning you can receive notifications when the vehicle moves in or out the Geo-Zone.

Alarms
With the vehicle selected on the monitoring page, click the ” ” alarm icon to enter the device data statistics page and view the device’s alarm record. Click the record to jump to the device alarm details page to view the location and time of the alarm. Click the ” ” setting icon to enter the alarm setting page; TIP: you can pre-set speed limit. You get notification when the vehicle overspeed.

Where to put the GPS tracker
* To avoid damage by thieves, the device location should be hidden as far as possible; * Avoid being placed with transmitting sources such as reversing radars, burglars, and other in-vehicle communication devices; * Can be fixed with cable ties, or with wide sponge strong double-sided adhesive; * The device has a built-in GSM antenna and GPS antenna. When installing, it should be sure to face up (towards the sky), and there is no metal shielding above.
