Warranty is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. It covers all repair costs of the tagger caused by a product defect.  

Any damage caused by the customer due to misuse, not in accordance with the instructions, will not be covered by the warranty.

QUICK START GUIDE

1. Only professional personnel should operate this device.

2. Do not put your hand into the clamp while working.

3. Battery should be fully charged before use.  

4. Before proceeding READ the MANUAL:

A. Choose and fit the appropriate Pin. Different pins are supplied within the pack to suit different  makes of tags. Compare with your existing tag before proceeding.

B. If required adjust the jaw closure to suit tag type. This device is preconfigured for visual tags. Depending on the make, model and type of tag (open/closed cap or EID tags), the closing COPYRIGHT © POWERTAGGER PTY LTD 2025 distance may need to be adjusted to suit. See instructions on adjusting in manual.

5. Before operation, press the trigger to close the jaw several times, check for normal function and  adjustment before starting to work.

6. Please note:  

▪ It is best not to leave the PowerTagger loaded with tags. When it sleeps the tagger closes and  can result in tags being locked together.

▪ While the Device has IP65 rating it is recommended not to operate this in the rain.

7. Shutdown: Press the power switch for 2 seconds to turn off.

8. To remove the battery: Press the button on the battery box and pull out the battery horizontally  outwards.

9. Remember: If it’s not labelled Power Tagger, it’s not an original Power Tagger.
