Assembly Instructions
Important: This kit is intended only for certified developers. Use indoors and follow FCC/ISED compliance (5150–5350 MHz band).
Step 1: Unbox All Components
Make sure the box includes
- Dev Kit Console (NDK CORE Ounce)
- 2 Debug Joy-Cons (tethered)
- Dual USB‑C Debug Cable (Y-shaped)
- Dock or Interface Hub
- Power Adapter (AC)
- HDMI Cable
- MicroSD Card (if included)

Step 2: Connect the Console

Attach the Debug Joy-Cons
Slide each Joy-Con onto the side rails until it clicks. These may be permanently tethered for durability/testing. -
Insert the MicroSD Card (if provided)
Open the slot under the kickstand or edge panel and insert the SD card until it locks in place.
Step 3: Connect to Interface Hub (Optional)
Plug the Dual USB‑C Cable
- Insert both ends of the Y-cable into the bottom of the dev unit.
- Connect the other end to the Nintendo dev interface hub or PC.
Power Cable to Hub or Console
- If using a dev dock/interface box, plug power into the dock.
- If connecting directly, plug the AC adapter into the device unit.
HDMI Output
