Frequently Asked Questions

Can the alarm on this device be set to only sound on weekdays?
No. The alarm clock is just a regular alarm clock. But the regular alarm, radio, and wireless charging features work great.

Is the dual alarm also for radio or just a beep?
I Just tried it and I can’t se to figure out if the radio works for the alarm. I listen to the radio every morning, though, while I’m getting ready. The antenna gets great reception in my apartment. My last radio didn’t.

Is this compatible with iPhone 6?
It works amazingly with my iPhone 8, however wireless charging only started on iPhone with the 8 and later models. There are phone cases which plug into earlier models, enabling them to charge wirelessly.

Can phone be charged with case on?
I’ve had a wallet style case and a case with a built in stand on the back since I’ve had this wireless charging alarm clock. I’ve had no problems charging with either case.

Does work with iphone x and samsung s8?
It should work on anything that has the wireless charging capability. I personally use a iPhone X and it works. From research I believe it should work with the S8 aswell.

Does this completely charge your phone?
Yes. It works great. I was surprised how fast it charged my phone. As with all chargers, just be careful about using it for other things like music while charging. My phone got a little warm while charging on this while playing music but that’s no different from other chargers.

How do you operate the alarm clock with wireless charging?
To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour mode, press the M button (7) twice. The LED Display (1) will flash ’12H’ or ’24H’ to indicate the mode selected. The minutes will flash if you briefly press the M button (7) once. To set the minutes, press the plus and minus buttons (6).

What does the Qi charging acronym mean?
The wireless charging standard used worldwide is Qi. Its name, which translates as “vital energy” or “an intangible flow of power,” comes from Asian philosophy. The basic premise of Qi is that every item bearing the Qi mark is compatible with every Qi charger.

How can I stop my wireless charging alarm from going off?
Press any button on the device to silence the alarm during activation. Without pressing any buttons, the alarm will ring for 60 seconds before shutting off on its own.

Qi charging is it secure?
Yes, wireless phone chargers do produce EMF radiation (electric and magnetic fields), however the amount is fairly little. Wireless chargers won’t be dangerous to people’s health in their current configuration.
