- Download the Meross app.
- Follow the instructions in the Meross app to complete the setup.
NOTE:
- The Matter device requires Bluetooth to set up. Please make sure the Meres app is granted to access the required system permissions, and the Bluetooth of your smart phone has been enabled.
- If this is not the first time you’ve added this smart device, you’ll have to reset it before going any further.
LED and Button Rules
- Button
Press to turn the switch ON or OFF.
Press and hold (for 5 seconds) until LED turns solid amber to initiate factory reset process. - LED
Solid amber: Initialization/ Reset/ Firmware upgrading mode.
Flashing amber and green slowly: Configuration mode.
Flashing green rapidly: Wi-Fi connecting mode.
Solid green: Successfully connected, and the switch is ON.
Solid red: No Internet connection, and the switch is ON.
OFF: The switch is OFF.
FAQ
• What should I do when I can’t turn the smart switch on/off manually?
a) Make sure the smart switch is wired correctly. b) Please pay attention to the difference between input and output sides. c) Make sure that you restore power to the electric appliance.
• What if I can't control the smart device?
You can try the following troubleshooting steps: a) Ensure that your home Wi-Fi is working properly. b) Check that access control is disabled on your router and that the smart device isn’t blocked by the router’s firmware. c) Factory reset your smart device, then try adding it again.
- The function of this smart device is tested under a typical circumstance described in our specifications. Meross does NOT guarantee that the smart device shall perform exactly the same as described under all circumstances.
- By using third-party services including but not limited to Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit and SmartThings, customers acknowledge that Meross shall not be held liable in any way for the data and private information collected by such parties. Meross’s total liability is limited to what is expressly covered in its Privacy Policy.
- Damages arising from ignorance of the SAFETY INFORMATION shall not be covered by Meross aftersales service, nor does Meross take any legal responsibility therefrom.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
- Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.

- Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
- ="text-align: justify">Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
- If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
