Getting Started:
- If using the included quick-release mic stand, rotate the
  quick-release bar clockwise onto the base until snug.
- Attach the mic to the rotatable suspension bar by rotating it

  snug.
- Slide the foam windscreen over the mic to minimize wind and
  environmental noises.
- Attach the included XLR cable from the mic to the mixer.

The highly sensitive cardioid capsule (-53dB) with a specially tuned frequency response captures just the right amount of detail and warmth. Get a little excited on stream? No worries thanks to a single-axis suspension that reduces vibration noise while an internal pop filter reduces pops and plosives. With an all-metal body, durable XLR connection, and robust mount, the Built-Like-a-TankTM EM-99B is built to last. GETTING STARTED
If not using the included quick-release mic stand, start on the paragraph below with the five asterisks (*****).
If using the included quick-release mic stand, begin by roating the quick-release bar clockwise onto the base until snug.
The mic is attached to a rotatable suspension bar. The suspension bar (and mic) should carefully be rotated clockwise on top of the mic stand’s quick-release bar until snug. [NOTE: the quick-release bar may be raised to help keep the bar from spinning while tightening the mic to it. Do so by squeezing (and holding) the handle while simultaneously raising/lowering the bar. Then tighten the mic to the stand].
Slide the foam windscreen over the mic to minimize wind and other environmental noises for crystal clear indoor or outdoor reception. Attach the included XLR cable from the mic to the mixer and off you go!
*****If you are reading this, then the mic will either be hand-held or (more likely) mounted on top of a mic stand with a smaller-sized bolt than that of the included mic stand.
First, attach the slotted nut to the EM-99B by rotating it clockwise until snug. [NOTE: if necessary, you may use a coin, paperclip or similarly-shaped object to assist with the tightening]. Next, the mic (with slotted nut) should carefully be rotated clockwise on top of the mic stand until snug.
Slide the foam windscreen over the mic to minimize wind and other environmental noises for crystal clear indoor or outdoor reception. Attach the included XLR cable from the mic to the mixer and off you go!

PUESTA EN MARCHA
Si no usa el soporte para micro incluido, salte al párrafo de abajo que tiene los cinco asteriscos (*****).
Si usa el soporte de micro incluido, comience girando a la derecha en la base la barra de liberación suave hasta que se bloquee.
El micro se fija a una barra de suspensión con giro. Debería girar con cuidado esta barra de suspensión (y el micro) a la derecha encima de la barra de liberación suave del soporte hasta que se bloquee. [NOTA: puede subir la barra de liberación fácil para evitar que la barra gire al sujetarle el micro. Haga esto apretando (y sujetando) el asa a la vez que sube/baja la barra. Después fije el micro al soporte].
Coloque el cortavientos de espuma sobre el micro para reducir el ruido del viento y otros de entorno y así conseguir una recepción cristalina tanto en interior como en exteriores. Coloque el cable XLR incluido con el micro en el mezclador y ¡ya puede empezar!
*****Si está leyendo esto, entonces será que va a usar el micro directamente con la mano o (lo más probable) montado encima de un soporte de micro con un tornillo de menor tamaño que el del soporte incluido.
Primero, coloque la tuerca con muesca al EM-99B girándola a la derecha hasta que se bloquee. [NOTA: Si es necesario, puede usar una moneda, clip o similar para ayudarle a apretarla]. Después, deberá girar con cuidado el micro (con la rosca con muesca) hacia la derecha encima del soporte de micro hasta que se bloquee.

MISE EN OEUVRE
Si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser le support fourni, passez au paragraphe commençant par *****.
Si vous utilisez le support fourni, commencez par tourner la barre vers la droite jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien serrée.
Le micro est accroché à une barre de suspension rotative. Vissez doucement la barre de suspension (et le micro) sur la barre de support jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien serrée. [REMARQUE : la barre de support doit être levée afin d’éviter qu’elle ne pivote lorsque vous vissez le micro dessus. Vous devez maintenir appuyé le bouton de relâchement afin de pouvoir la lever/baisser. Vissez ensuite le micro sur le support].
Placez la bonnette anti vent sur le micro afin de limiter les bruits environnementaux et obtenir un son de qualité en intérieur comme en extérieur. Il ne vous reste plus qu’à connecter le câble XLR fourni au micro et à la console de mixage !

ERSTE SCHRITTE
Wenn Sie nicht das mitgelieferte Mikrofonstativ verwenden, beginnen Sie mit dem Absatz mit den fünf Sternchen (*****) weiter unten. Wenn Sie den mitgelieferten Mikrofonständer verwenden, drehen Sie zunächst die Schnellverschlussstange im Uhrzeigersinn in den Sockel, bis sie fest sitzt. Das Mikrofon ist an einer drehbaren Halterung befestigt. Drehen Sie die Halterung (und das Mikrofon) vorsichtig im Uhrzeigersinn auf die Schnellspannstange des Mikrofonständers, bis sie festsitzt. [HINWEIS: Die Schnellspannstange kann angehoben werden, um zu verhindern, dass sich die Stange dreht, während das Mikrofon daran befestigt wird. Drücken Sie dazu den Griff zusammen (und halten Sie ihn fest), während Sie die Stange gleichzeitig anheben/absenken. Ziehen Sie dann das Mikrofon am Ständer fest]. Schieben Sie den Schaumstoff-Windschutz über das Mikrofon, um Wind und andere Umgebungsgeräusche zu minimieren und einen kristallklaren Empfang in Innenräumen oder im Freien zu gewährleisten. Schließen Sie das mitgelieferte XLR-Kabel am Mikrofon und am Mischpult an und los geht’s!
