Product Usage Instructions
Confirmation of Update:
- Click on the Hamburger Menu.
- Click on ‘Amp Settings’.
- Scroll down to ‘Device Information’.
- Check for the following Firmware versions:
- Firmware Version: 4.0.2.0
- Power Supply Version: 4.0.2.0
- Amp1234 Version: 4.0.2.0
Firmware Update Process:
- Click on the Hamburger Menu.
- Click on ‘Firmware Update’.
- Choose the file: BS-4-0-2-0.tar.xz.enc.
- Click ‘Update Amps’ to initiate the update process.

Firmware update instructions: · The firmware updater is located in the WebUI in the top right corner. Click
the Hamburger Menu, Choose File, and then Update Firmware. · Click `Choose Firmware File’ unzip the firmware update file and select
.tar.xz file (BS-4-0-2-0.tar.xz.enc) then click “update amps” · NOTE 1: This firmware file works for 1504 & 1504D LEA Connect Series Amplifiers. · NOTE 2: All amplifiers on the same network will be updated.
· The shark fin will turn magenta during the update process, please do not turn off or power cycle the amplifier until the firmware update is complete.
· Once the shark fin is blue and the LCD screen is illuminated, the firmware update process is complete.
· While not required, it is recommended to power cycle the amp with the power cord after the firmware update is complete.
To Confirm the update was successful, click on the and then Amp Settings. Scroll down to Device Information and you should have the following Firmware versions:
