IM’s DDR4 IMOriginal modules are specifically designed for industrial applications, such as ruggedized telecom and networking environments, which demand high-density memory in various form factors. In addition to mainstream 8GB and 16GB DDR4 modules, IM offers a variety of high-density options, including 64GB RDIMM in dual-rank x4 components, 32GB VLP RDIMM in single-rank x4 or dual-rank x8 components, and 32GB UDIMM modules available in both VLP and standard heights with ECC options. These configurations support diverse application needs. Available module types include UDIMM, VLP ECC UDIMM, SODIMM, and ECC SODIMM, providing versatile solutions across multiple use cases. VLP height options (18.75mm) are available for our DDR4 RDIMM and ECC UDIMM modules to meet height-restricted environments, allowing for more efficient heat dissipation. All modules meet JEDEC standards and are designed for long-term, superior performance.
