Licensing Requirements
- The Integriti Idemia Biometric Integration requires an Integriti/Infiniti v22 license or higher to be present on the product key running the integration.
- All Biometric Integrations require the ‘Integriti Integration – Biometric Management’ (PN: 996969) license to be used. For integrations connecting directly to biometric readers, the
- ‘Integriti Managed Biometric Reader’ (996970) license is required in addition to the ‘Integriti Integration – Biometric Management’ (PN: 996969) license. Systems will require one ‘Integriti Managed Biometric Reader’ (996970) license for each reader that will be configured in the system.
- Unlicensed readers will not be able to enroll in biometrics orsynchronizee users’ data from Integriti.
Minimum Installed Integriti Version
The Integriti Idemia Biometric integration is only compatible with an installation of Integriti Pro or Infiniti that is v22.0 or higher. Using Contactless Cards requires Integriti or Infiniti V22.2 or higher.

Known Issues and Limitations
- Vision Pass Face and Morpho Wave Compact Biometric Reader: Do not support quality threshold. Set the Quality mode to disabled on the Biometric Reader or System or refresh devices to fix this.
- Morpho Access Sigma Lite: Do not support any more than two fingerprints registered to the device. Manually set the Maximum fingerprints enrolled in the Biometric Reader or System or refresh devices to fix this.
- Warning: Upgrading to and past the below firmwares will enforce TLS. If the connection settings are configured to use TCP the Idemia readers will become unreachable by Integriti until On-demand security is enabled on the reader using Idemia’s Morpho Bio Tool Box in the Tools section.

- Initial Release: The Idemia Integration allows Idemia Readers to be used to enroll Biometric data andsynchronizee with Integrity. Users will be automatically synced with the desired permissions and credentials saved into Integriti. This allows Idemia Readers to integrate with Integrity
- Access Control to unlock associated doors to the readers for users with correct permissions. This Integration supports the use of the following Readers:
- VisionPass: Face Biometric Reader
- MorphoAccess Sigma Lite: Fingerprint Biometric Reader
- MorphoWave Compact: Contactless Hand Biometric Reader
