Getting Started

Install SIM Card:

  1. Insert a valid SIM card provided by your network supplier, facing the gold contacts towards the phone.
  2. Avoid bending or scratching the SIM card and protect it from static electricity, water, or dirt.

Install Memory Card

  1. Insert the memory card into the T card slot, ensuring good contact with the metal points.
  2. If installation fails, check placement and metal contacts.

Install the Battery

  1. Remove the rear cover of the phone.
  2. Align the metal end of the battery with the connector and press down gently to install it securely.
  3. Avoid damaging the battery connector during installation.

Description of Keys

Keys Function
 Left soft key/ Right soft key
  1. Execute functions that the left-down/right-down corner indicator shows.
  2. In the standby mode, press Left Soft key to access Notices, Right Soft key to access Contacts.
 Navigation key
  1. On other interfaces, it equals to navigation key and direction key except for special functions.
  2. Up direction: When in the standby mode, press this key to access Status Bar. When in a multimedia application, press this key to increase the volume.
  3. Down direction: When in the standby mode, press this key to access Network menu. When in a multimedia application, press this key to decrease the volume.
  4. Left direction: When in the standby mode, press this key to access Google application menu. When in a multimedia application, press this key to jump to the Last.
5. Right direction: When in the standby mode, press this key to access Camera. When in a multimedia application, press this key to jump to the next one.
Dial key
  1. Press this key to dial or receive an incoming call.
  2. When in the standby mode, press this key to access Phone.
OK key
  1. Execute the function to confirm the user’s choice.
  2. In the standby mode, press OK key to access Menu.
End key
  1. In the standby mode, long press this key can choose to Lock, Power off, Restart, Memory Clean.
  2. Press to return to standby screen in any interface.
  3. End calls or reject incoming calls.
Number key
  1. It is used to dial and input numbers or characters.
  2. Long press the “0” key to turn the flashlight on/off.
* Key
  1. On the standby interface, input *; after inputting telephone number, if you want to input extension number, please press twice asterisk key, after the display screen shows “+”, please input your extension number.
  2. Long press the * key to lock and unlock the phone screen.
# Key
  1. In text editing interface, press “#” key to switch text the input method.
  2. On the standby interface, long press “#” key to transfer the profile of Normal/Meeting.

Getting started

Install SIM Card
Before using the phone, you must insert valid SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card in the phone. SIM card is provided by network supplier.
When you subscribe to a cellular network, you will receive a plug-in SIM card complete with your subscription details, such as your PIN, and available optional services.

Caution: Do not bend or scratch your SIM card. Avoid exposing your SIM card to static electricity, water or dirt. Tips:Face the gold color contact point of SIM card towards the cell phone and push the SIM card into the slot.

Install Memory Card
Aim at the T card slot and push the T card gently, and the card will be inserted correctly.
Prompt: If the memory card is failed, please check whether it is correctly placed and good contact of metal point.

Install the Battery

  • Take off the rear cover of the mobile.
  • Make one end of battery with metal surface aim at the battery connector.
  • Then gently press the battery downward using the finger, and then press the other end to install the battery.
  • Prompt: Please operate correctly to avoid damaging the battery connector.
  • Aim at the T card slot and push the T card gently, and the card will be inserted correctly.
  • Prompt: If the memory card is failed, please check whether it is correctly placed and good contact of metal point.

Charging the Battery
Insert the charger on the charging interface at the side end of the phone.
Connect the charger to a standard wall outlet and the battery power icon in the up-right corner of the screen will start scrolling. When the battery bar stops scrolling, it means the battery charge is complete. Press the two sides of the charger plug and disconnect the charger from the phone.
Prompt: In order to ensure normal operation of the phone, please make sure to use the designated charger. Optimizing battery life
You can extend your battery’s life between charges by turning off features that you don’t need. You can also monitor how applications and system resources consume battery power.

To guarantee the optimal performance of your battery, please stick to the following rules:

  • Turn off radios that you aren’t using. If you aren’t using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or GPRS, use the Setting application to turn them off.
  • Turn down screen brightness and set a shorter screen timeout.

Idle screen

Dial a Call
In standby mode, press numerical keys to input phone number to dial phone number. When you finish inputting phone number, press the Dial key to make a call.

Reject a Call
You can press End key or right soft key to reject an incoming call.

Receive a Call
When an incoming call arrives, the phone will give out the corresponding prompt (such as vibration, ring tone, etc.); if network support, the phone screen will show the name and telephone number of the caller; at this time, you can press Dial key to receive an incoming call.

End a Call
After finishing a call, you can press End key to end a call. Emergency Services
You can directly dial an emergency service call without SIM card.

Dialed Calls/Missed Calls/Received Calls/Rejected Calls
You can enter call log to check the relevant details of outgoing calls, missed calls and incoming calls.

You can access Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and Call Barring by going to Settings – Network & Connectivity – Calling

Call Waiting
After call waiting function is started, when you are calling, the other call can be put through.

Call Forwarding
After Call Forwarding function is started, according to different forward conditions settings (Always Forward, Forward when Busy, Forward when Unanswered, Forward when Unreachable), you can select to switch the incoming call to voice inbox or other telephone numbers.

Call Barring
After call barring function is started, according to different restricted conditions settings (all the outgoing calls, all incoming calls, incoming calls when roaming, dialed international calls, outgoing international calls when roaming), you can restrict the call under the corresponding conditions (need to apply to network operator for business).

Function Menu

Contacts

Press the Contacts icon IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (8) in the main menu interface. You can manage contacts. In the contacts screen,  press the left soft key and you can perform the following operations:

  • Add Contact: you can add new contacts.
  • Contacts to display: you can select the contacts on Phone or SIM Card to display.
  • Import/export: you can import/export the contacts form SIM card or storage; you can also share the visible contacts.
  • Batch delete: Select this function, then you can mark the target contacts.
  • SIM capacity: you can view the capacity of sim card.
  • Search: in the search box, enter the contact name or phone number you added, You can quickly find the one that you need.

Call Log

Press the History icon IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (9) in the main menu interface. You can enter History to check the relevant details  of outgoing calls, missed calls and incoming calls.

Internet

You can enter Browser IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (10)to view web pages and search for information on the web.
When you open Browser, your home page opens. The web address (URL) of the current page is displayed at the top of the window.

Browse webpage

  • The browser menu, enter the browser.
  • Enter the URL address.
  • The use of keyboard input webpage address. When you input the address at the same time, consistent with the webpage address will appear on the screen. You can choose the web site directly to the webpage or continue to enter the URL.

Management of the browser
A web browser interface, you can press the left soft key to choose Options

  • Settings: the browser for the relevant settings.
  • Tab switcher: Switch to other tags
  • Stop: stop connected network.
  • Refresh: refresh current page.
  • Forward: visit to the next page.
  • Stop: stop connected network.
  • Go: start connected network.
  • Exit: exit the browser.
  • Homepage: visit to default homepage.
  • History: can view history.
  • Bookmarks: can view bookmarks.
  • Save to bookmarks: can view bookmarks.
  • Share page: can use Bluetooth、Messaging、WhatsApp sharing webpage to friends.
  • Find on page: be more convenient to find things on this page.
  • Request desktop site: Switch to desktop site.

Messages

You can use Messaging IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (11) to exchange text messages (SMS) and multimedia messages (MMS) with your  friends on their mobile phones.

Sending a message

  1. Select message icon on the menu and press the OK key to create a new message.
  2. Enter a contact’s name or enter a phone number. Then enter the information,
  3. After completing the message, select send icon which beside template icon to send your message.

Camera

Camera IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (12) is a combination of camera and camcorder that you use to shoot and share pictures and  videos.

Install memory card before using the camera or video camera. All your photos or videos taken by the phone are stored in memory card. You can take and save the photo or video in the device or SD card. Press OK key to get photo or video.

Camera Settings

  • Camera options: Rear camera, front camera.
  • Flash: Automatic, on, off.
  • Camera resolution: Low quality, standard, high quality.
  • Selfie timer: Off, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds.
  • Grid: Off, on.
  • Gallery: Head to Gallery
  • Mode: Photo mode, video mode

Video Settings

  • Camera options: Rear camera, front camera.
  • Flash: On, off.
  • Video resolution: Low quality, standard, high quality.
  • Video: Head to video
  • Mode: Photo mode, video mode

Utilities

  • Go to the utility IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (13)to use the Calculator, To-do, Recorder and Unit conversion tools
  • Click on the calculator IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (14) to calculate the numbers
  • Click todo IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (15) to record what needs to be done
  • Click Recorder IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (16) to perform the recording function
  • Click Unit conversion IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (17) to convert between units such as weight, quantity, etc

Gallery

Enter the GalleryIMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (18) to view photos and pictures taken or saved

Clock

Press the Clock icon IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (19) in the main menu interface. You can set an alarm by modifying an existing alarm or  by adding a new one. You also can use Timer and Stopwatch.

Music
Press the Music iconIMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (20) in the main menu interface. This phone could play the MP3 stored in the phone memory or memory card and support the background play. Press the “OK” key to enter, and use the Navigation keys to operate the MP3 player. Press right soft key to access Options.

Settings

Press the Settings icon IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (21)in the main menu interface. The Settings application contains most of the tools for customizing and configuring your phone.

Calendar 

You can use Calendar IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (22) to view the year, date and solar term easily. Use up/down/left/right direction  key to navigator other date.

Video

Press the Settings icon IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (23) in the main menu interface. With Videos, you can play video clips in your  device (for example, the video you captured by the camera) or video files stored in compatible SD card..

Note

You can enter NoteIMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (24)  to create new note and view the note you created.

FM Radio

Press the FM Radio iconIMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (25) in the main menu interface. When not plug in the compatible earphone to the device and then turn on the radio, the sound of the radio is played from the speaker. when plug in the compatible earphone to the device and then turn on the radio, the sound of the radio is played from the earphone, the earphone cable can be used as FM Antenna. Please adjust appropriate volume when listening to the radio. Continue to use higher volume is harmful for your ear.

File Manager

Press the file manager icon IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (26) on the main interface, you can enter the file manager to view the  various files stored inside.

Memory Cleaner
In the main menu, press Memory Cleaner IMO-Dash-Plus-Mobile-Phone- (27)to clean the storage space.

Device Security
Setting up a Screen Lock Password

Please follow the steps below to set up a screen lock password:

  1. Enter the main menu interface and go to Settings;
  2. Under Settings, choose Privacy & Security;
  3. Enter Screen lock. It allows you to set a 4-digit password;
  4. Press Select button and turn on Screen lock;
  5. Create your password and confirm, then press the Create button to finish the set-up.

If you find exceptions when operating the mobile phone, restore the factory settings and then refer to the following table to solve the problem.
