TT600 camera flash adopts Godox wireless X system and 2.4G ratio transmission, which is compatible with AD360II-C, AD3G0II-N, TT685C. TT68SN, X1T-C. X1T-N, etc. Fit all DSLR camera brands e.g. Canon, Nikon, Sony, etc.
This TT600 camera flash features:

  • GN6O (m IS0 100, @200mm). Adjust from 1/1 to 1/128 in 1/3rd stops.
  • Builln 2.4G wireless transmission to support transitting and receiving
  • High speed sync, wireless remote control, multi flash and manual focus assist
  • Stable consistency and color temperature with good even lighting
  • User-friendly LCD display & control panel

Using the Flash

  1. Power Management
    Use ON/OFF Power Switch to power the flash unit on or off. Tur off ifit wil not be used for an extended period of ime. This flash unit has Sleep Function and will enter into sleep status when there is no operation for a long time. For Sleep Function setting, see the following instruction
  2. Flash Output
    • Flash output can be varied from 1/128th power 1o 1/1 full power in 1/3 stop increments. To obtain a correct flash exposure, use ‘a hand-held flash meter to determine the required flash output.

  3. ZOOM: Setting the Flash Coverage
    The flash coverage can be set to match the lens focal length from
    24 mm to 200 mm. Press <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon26> button and rotate Select Dial <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon5> to change the flash coverage.

  4. M Mode: Manual Mod
    Press MODE Selection Button < Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon > o enter M mode. In this mode, you can set the flash unit ono your camera hot shoe or your rigger hot shoe for firing. Before shooting, adjust the flash power output. When the camera’s shutter is pressed, the flash will ire ‘synchronously. Slave triggering mode is not available in M mode.
  5. Multi Mode: Stroboscopic Flash
    Press Mode Selection Bution <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon > 10 enter Multi mode (Stroboscopic lash). With stroboscopic flash, a rapid series of flashes s fired.
    It can be used to capture multiple images of a moving subject in a single photograph. You can set the fring frequency (number of flashes per sec. expressed as Hz), the number of flashes, and the flash output. For setting procedures, see the following:

    During stroboscopic flash, the shutter remains open until the firing stops. Use the provided formula to calculate the shutter speed required to capture the full sequence of flashes:
    Number of flashes / Firing frequency = Shutter speed
    For example, if the number of flashes is 10 and the firing frequency is 5 Hz, the shutter speed should be at least 2 sec.
    Note:
    •  Stroboscopic flash is most effective with a highly reflective subject against a dark background.
    •  Using a tripod and a remote switch is recommended.
    •  Aflash output of 1/1 or 1/2 cannot be set for stroboscopic flash.
    •  Stroboscopic flash can be used with “buLb”.

  6. S1Mode: S1 Slave Triggering Mode
    • Long Press <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon26> button for 2 seconds to ent the custom menu and press <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - set >Button o choose 8. Then, tin the Select Dial to choose OFFIST/S2.
    • InS1 mode, the flash unit can function as a siave flash for creating multple fighting offects.
    • It is rospecively applicable to manual flash environment.
    • InS1 mode, the flash unit il fre synchronously when the master flash firos, the same offectas that by the use of radio triggers
  7. 52 Mode: S2 Slave Triggering Mode
    •  Long Press <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon26> button for 2 seconds to enter the custom menu and press <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - set>Button to choose OS. Then, i the Select Dial to choose OFF/S1/S2Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - seconds
    • In S2 mode, the flash unit can function as a slave flash for creating multple lighting effects.
    Itis applicable when using a TTL master lash,
    • In S2 mode, the flash unit will ignore a single “preflash” from the master flash and wil only fire in response to the second, actual flash from the master.

    • In <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon18>hi-speed sync riggering mode, you can use a hi-speed SynG trigger to have your flash unit synchronized with all shutter Speeds of cameras (max. 1/8000 second, up to your camera). This is convenient when you want to use aperture priority for fil-flash portrats.
    Note:
    *Hi-speed sync triggering mode is effective only when the flash unitis used together with the following flash triggers.

  9. Custom Function–Focus Assist LampGodox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - contrast• Under poorlylit or low-contrast contions, you can press <Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon17> button to turm on the focus assist bea in order to make it easier to autofocus.
    • The beam will automatically put out certain seconds after the last popis fired. The time between the last fre and the auto shutdown of focus assistbeam is called No-Flash Time. The time s user adjustable and set to 10 seconds by default

    • Then press “SET” button o enter bp” mode. The LCD displays’ON’means buzz is turmed on while “OF” means buzz is tumed of.

  13. Sync Triggering
    The Sync Cord Jack (7) is a ®3.5mm plug. Insert a trigger plug here ‘and the flash will be fired synchronously with the camera shuter.

    Idle Time Meaning
    OF Sleep Function is turned off. The flash unit will not automatically enter sleep mode.
    3 Idle time before entering Sleep Mode is set to 3 minutes.

    30 Idle time before entering Sleep Mode is set to 30 minutes.

    • When the flash enters sleep mode, the LCD panel displays a 2 icon.
    • Towake up the flash unit press any button on the flash unit, or press the camera release button, or press the trigger TEST button.

Protection Function

  1. Over-Temperature Protecti
    • To avoid overheating and deteriorating the flash head, do not fre more than 30 continuous flashes in fast succession at 1/1 full power. After 30 continuous flashes, allow a est time of atleast 10 minutes.
    •  Ifyou fire more than 30 continuous flashes and then fire more flashes in short inervals, the inner over-temperature protection function may be activated and make the recycling time about 10 1o 15 seconds. Ifthis oceurs, allow a rest ime of about 10 minutes, and the flash unit wil then return 10 normal,
    •  When the over-temperature protection is started, Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - icon21 is shown on the LCD display.

  2. Other Protections
    ‘The system provides real-time protection to secure the device and your safety. The following lists prompts for your reference:

    E3 The voltage on two outlets of the flash tube is too high. Please send this product to a maintenance center.

Advanced Application

  • Bounce Flas
    By pointing the flash head toward a wall or ceiling, the flash will bounce off the surface before luminating the subject. This can soften shadows behind the subject for a more natural-looking shot.
    This is called bounce flash.
    To set the bounce direction, hold the flash head and tum itto a satisfying angle.Godox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - flash headGodox TT600 Thinklite Camera Flash - note• If the wall or ceiling is t0o far away, the bounced flash might be too weak and result in underexposure,
    • The wall or celling should be a plain, white color for high reflectance.
    • If the bounce surface is not white, a color cast may appear in the picture.
  •  Creating a Catchlight
    With the catchight pansl, you can create a catchlight n the subject oyes o add lfe o the facial expression.
    Pointthe flash head upward by 90°

    3 Push the wide panel back in.
    • Push in only the wide panel.

    • For best catchight efect, stay 1.5mid. 9t away from the subject
  • Using the Wide Panel
    Pull out the builtin wide panel to enlarge the flash lighting range, so as to get more softened and natural lighting effect.
    Pull out the wide panel and place it over the flash head as shown. The flash coverage will then be extended to 14 mm.

The document applies to the products listed on the Product Maintenance Information (see below for further information). Other products or accessories (e.g. promotional items,giveaways and additional accessories attached,etc.) are notincluded in this warranty

Warranty Period
The warranty period of products and accessories isimplemented according to the relevant Product Maintenancelnformation. The warranty period is calculated from the day(purchase date) when the product is bought for the first time,And the purchase date is considered as the date registered onthe warranty card when buying the product.
How to Get the Maintenance Service
If maintenance service is needed, you can directly contact the product distributor or authorized service institutions. You can also contact the Godox after-sale service call and we will offer you service. When applying for maintenance service, you should provide  valid wananty card. If you cannot provide valid warranty card, we may offer you maintenance service once confirmed that the product or accessory is involved in the maintenance scope, but that shall not be considered as our obligation.

Inapplicable Cases
The guarantee and service offered by this document are not applicable in the following cases:

  1. The product or accessory has expired its warranty period;
  2. Breakage or damage caused by inappropriate usage, maintenance or preservation, such as improper
    packing, improper usage, improper plugging in/out external equipment, falling off or squeezing by external force, contacting or exposing to the improper temperature, solvent, acid, base, flooding and damp environments, etc;
  3. Breakage or damage caused by non- authorized institution or staff in the process of installation, maintenance, alternation, addition and detachment;
  4. The original identifying information of product or accessory is modified, alternated, or removed;
  5. No valid warranty card;
  6. Breakage or damage caused by using illegally authorized, nonstandard or non-public released software;
  7. Breakage or damage caused by force majeure or accident;
  8. Breakage or damage that could not be attributed to the product itself. Once met these situations above, you should seek solutions from the related responsible parties and Godox assumes no responsibility.

The damage caused by parts, accessories and software that beyond the warranty period or scope is not included in our maintenance scope. The normal discoloration, abrasion and consumption are not the breakage within the maintenance scope.
