Installation Guide
Power
The device supports a 110V to 240V AC power supply. Connect the included power cable to the device.
Ethernet
Ensure the corridor display is on the same local area network as the nurse station host.
Ceiling-hung
- Unbox the device and check the accessories.
- Insert hook mounting plates into the profile slot and secure circular hooks.
- Install suspension rope to hang the device (ensure rope supports over 20kg).
Hard reset
Press and hold the reset button during startup to power on and display the screen. Default IP is 192.168.1.99/24.

Checking Current IP
While Booting: Press power button during startup to view version number, IP address, and other info.
By Scanning: Access settings, click Call, enter password, click Corridor Display, scan for devices on the network to view model, IP address, and more.
Change IP Address
Modify IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and settings after scanning the corridor screen’s IP on the host interface.
Add Corridor Display CMD-01 to Master Station
To add the device to the master station, manually enter the device IP displayed during startup and name.
Fanvil CMD-01 Corridor Display
Overview
- Fanvil CMD-01 is a dual-sided LED corridor display designed for environments such as nursing homes, assisted living centers, and clinics. It connects to the master station A320i via the local network, allowing real-time information updates. It supports text in three colors: red, green, and yellow, providing clear and bright visibility. It shows call types and location information from resident rooms and acts as a passive device that only displays received information.

Installation Guide
Power
The device supports 110V to 240V AC power supply, Use the external power supply cable included in the package to connect the device.
Ethernet
The corridor display needs to be on the same local area network as the nurse station host.
Ceiling-hung
- Unbox the device and check the accessories: power cable *1, network cable *1, hooks *2, hook mounting plates *2.
- Insert the hook mounting plates into the profile slot in the direction of the arrow, and place them in the appropriate position.
- Screw on the circular hooks to secure them.
- Install the suspension rope and hang the device at the installation location (the rope should support a weight greater than 20kg).
Hard reset
During startup, press and hold the reset button to guide the device to power on and display the screen. The default IP is 192.168.1.99/24.

Checking Current IP
While Booting
Upon powering on the corridor screen, press the power button. During the device startup, it will display the version number, IP address, and other relevant information.
By Scanning
- Go to the [Settings], click [Call], enter the password (default is “admin”), click [Corridor Display]. Click
in the top-right corner to enter the search interface. Then, click
in the top-right corner to scan all devices on the local network. You can view the corridor display’s model, IP address, subnet mask, gateway, MAC address, and more.
Change IP Address
After scanning the corridor screen’s IP on the host, you can modify the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and other settings on the scanning interface, as shown in the image below:
Add Corridor Display CMD-01 to Master Station
Users can manually add or scan to add to the master station.
Manually add the device to the master station:
Go to the [Settings], click [Call], enter the password (default is “admin”), and click [Corridor Display]. Manually enter the device IP (which will be displayed during startup) and name, then click the . The device status will change to “Online”.
Add the device to the master station by scanning:
Go to the [Settings], click [Call], enter the password (default is “admin”), and click [Corridor Display]. Click in the top-right corner to enter the search interface. Then, click
in the top-right corner to scan the corridor display on the local network. Select [Action] and bind any one of the 10 available numbers, then click [Save] to add the device to the nurse station main unit.
Corridor Display Message Settings
By default, the corridor display message in the format: “Call Type” “Room Number” “Bed Number,” e.g., “Call Nurse Room 201 Bed 1.” The display language follows the connected Nurse Console Phone’s language, and the color is red.
The supported call types and options are as follows:
Description:
Message | By default, the field is empty, and the default text will be displayed. If customization is needed, you can enter the corresponding custom text in the respective event line. For detailed instructions, refer to Section 3.5:

Sound | Enable ringtone and select the corresponding ringtone for each call type. |
Duration | The message display duration, in seconds, supports a selection range of 5
to 10 seconds. |
Display | Whether the corresponding call event is displayed on the corridor screen is enabled by default. To disable the display of a specific call type, select
“Disable” and save. |
Note: Service calls use SIP calling, which cannot retrieve room numbers and other information. Therefore, it is recommended to use custom names to set the corresponding device names when using service calls or speed dial.
- The corridor display supports a maximum of 30 messages. Call-type messages, such as “Nurse Call Normal” or “Toilet Emergency Call,” will be cleared once the nurse attends. If no nurse attendance information is received, the message will be cleared after 30 minutes.
Message Customization
In idle mode, the device will display the current time. When the host receives a corresponding call event, it will display the relevant text message on the corridor screen. Users can customize the text, supporting the following parameters:

$bed | The $bed parameter will be replaced with the bed number of the
call source. |
$device_name | The $device_name parameter will be replaced with the location information first, if location doesn’t exist, the name from the
phonebook corresponding to the number will replace. |
&yellow,&red,&green | The color parameter specifies the text color. The text following the color parameter will be displayed in the set color until the next parameter appears.
&yellow corresponds to yellow, &red corresponds to red, and &green corresponds to green. |
- For example, if the custom text for “Nurse Call” is defined as: &green Nurse Call &red Room $room Bed $bed, when a nurse is called, it will display: “Call Nurse Room 201 Bed 1.”
- Here, $room will be replaced with the corresponding room number 201, and $bed will be replaced with the corresponding bed number 1.
Upload Indicator Tone
Supports updating the ringtone via the USB interface. It supports 3 different message ringtones.
FAQs
How to Reset?
During the device startup process, press and hold the Reset button until the device starts up and displays the startup information. The default IP address is 192.168.1.99
How to customize the message tone?
The process is as follows:
- Connect the corridor screen to the computer using a USB cable.
- Check if the computer detects the USB drive; if detected, double-click to open it.
- Rename the ringtones as 1.mp3, 2.mp3, and 3.mp3, and overwrite the existing ringtones.
- Disconnect the device and test to confirm that the new ringtones are working.
