Tools Required

Installation Steps

Step 1
Install a PS-S with four foot stand (Item C) and place it on the ground and adjust it to the level. After installing the foot stand, use a track level bar to confirm the level. Insert the waterproof cover (Item J) into the bottom of the battery and lock it in place with the clip.

Step 2
Place the battery 20mm against the wall.
Note: Please make sure the Operating St- atus LED is on vour left handside when you facing the battery model.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-4

Step 3

Place the two fixing brackets (Item B) close to the wall and install them on both sides of the battery.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-6

Step 5
Mark the wall through the bracket hole.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-7

Step 6
Punch after removing the PS-M. Drill holes with the electric drill, make sure the holes are at least 50mm deep, and then tighten the expansion tubes (Item I).Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-8

Step 7
After stacking PS-M again, fix the battery on the wall.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-18 Step 8
Fix the mounting screw packs on both sides of the battery, the installation is over.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-9

Note: Please make sure each system includes 1 PS-M and 1 PS-S. PS-S less than 6 pieces:

Wiring Steps

A: Connect the inverter and make sure the wiring position is correct, as shown in the figure below.
Note: Inverter wiring refers to the inverter user manual.
For outdoor use, please use item K and proceed as follows
Connection steps:
Step 1: Prepare a standard network cable and cable connector, then insert the network cable through the cable connector.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-12

Step 2: Crimp the cable with a Rj45 plug which is inside of the cable connector.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-13

If the usage is indoor, please use item D
Step 3: Insert the cable connector into BMS port at the bottom of inverter and screw it tightly.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-14

System Start-Up

PM operation:

  1. Normal mode: When there is PV and grid access, turn on the DC switch first, then press the “POWER” button.
  2. Black start: When there is no PV and grid access, turn on the DC switch first, then press the “POWER” button, then press and hold the “B-Start ” button and release it after 10s.

Startup steps:
Turn on the DC switch and press the POWER switch. The alarm display and Alarm LED on PS-S/PS-M will light up at the same time for 1s to prove that the system is powered on successfully. The control panel is shown in below.Energizer-Powerstack-Flexible-Storage-System-FIG-16
